However, it’s not just a headquarters; it bears a resemblance to a mansion seen in Resident Evil, filled with intricate puzzles that need solving. Some of these puzzles are quite clear-cut, while others may leave you wondering if this game is still a first-person shooter.

How to Open the Safe in Black Ops 6
To unlock the safe in Black Ops 6, you’ll need to navigate a sequence of brain-teasing challenges hidden throughout Adler’s hideout. These puzzles engage various cognitive abilities beyond simple reasoning, such as memory recall. Piano Puzzle Safehouse Solution in Black Ops 6
To unlock the hidden basement door, you should press the keys labeled MN, PE, CN, AP, and then PE, one after another, in sequential order.
Once you’ve located the blacklight, prepare it for use by activating it and then sweep the light across the Piano room to uncover a variety of letter combinations. Lucky for you, this initial riddle simplifies as the numbers have corresponding letters nearby, guiding the correct arrangement—the biggest challenge lies in locating these hidden letters.
Press the correct keys, as I’ve stated above, and you open the secret door.
Boiler Puzzle Safehouse Solution in Black Ops 6
1) To restore power at the safehouse, first, pour fuel into the boiler, light it up, and finally activate the water supply to generate steam and get the power system going.
Another downstairs area (immediately available to you) contains a Boiler setup, and we need to complete this puzzle to restore power, opening up the electronic lock to the Piano Puzzle’s downstairs door. A set of instructions on the table states what you need to do here, but if you’re having trouble following them, check out these simple steps:
- Go to the Boiler valve in the middle.
- Adjust it until the gauge is set to 0.
- Head to the Fuel valve on the left.
- Set this to 50—halfway on the dial.
- Now, go to the Pilot valve on the right-hand side, and press the button once.
- Finally, return to the Boiler valve in the middle and turn it to 100.
- Power is now restored, and the Piano room’s secret door down the stairs is unlocked.
Keypad Decryption Puzzle Safehouse Solution in Black Ops 6
To find out where the numbers were pressed earlier, shine the blacklight on the keyboard and then figure out the accurate locations of the numbers based on the illuminated keys.

I got the words “BUNKER,” “OPEN,” “ROOM,” and “HOLDING” to complete the Decode Cipher puzzle.
To solve this, use the provided cipher: match the numbers from the “Code Word” with their corresponding letters (from both “Characters” and “Code”) in the table at the bottom of the screen. This task isn’t complex; it’s simply about finding the correct number-letter pairs. I believe that the answer will always be four words arranged above.
Lockpicking Puzzle Safehouse Solution in Black Ops 6
Utilize your control device to guide the pick from left to right along the lock. At a specific point, you’ll feel the lock vibrate (signifying you’re in the appropriate spot). Gently nudge the stick towards the correct direction, maintaining care and precision, and eventually, the lock will unlock.
If you’ve ever played an Elder Scrolls game, this should be a cakewalk. Repeat this method for all three locks, and you should be able to crack the whole lock and open the door to grab the key from the table.
Radio Signal Puzzle Safehouse Solution in Black Ops 6
Set the “Amplitude” level so it reaches the sixth horizontal black line out of the total seven lines, and subsequently adjust the “Frequency” control to align with the sixth vertical marker among the seven. This action will power up the radio and initiate the broadcast of a message.
To make the white line match precisely with the green line in the backdrop, you should modify both the “Amplitude” and “Frequency” of the radio wave. This is a consistent challenge across the board, so just turn the knobs as directed, and we can proceed to the last puzzle.

To obtain a four-digit code for the safe, it’s essential that you pay attention to the recurring radio announcement, as it will provide you with the specific sequence of four numbers you should remember.
During my gameplay, I was consistently provided with these hints: “He appeared to be slumped on the couch,” “his wife’s purse remains unfounded,” “He noticed the calendar showing his brother’s birthday,” and “There was something just beneath the memorial flag.” I managed to locate each spot, jotted down the corresponding numbers, and subsequently brought them to the safe located upstairs.
I entered the code which caused the safe to unlock, rewarding me with $1000, a Case Cracker Blueprint Campaign prize, and one of the Black Ops 6 trophies!
