Focusing on increasing your Stamina is really important, because it lets you do so much – run, fly, and climb for longer, and attack more freely. Just keep in mind that Stamina only increases up to level 10.
You can increase your maximum Stamina by completing research at the Urdavah Research Institute in the Crimson Desert. This will allow you to upgrade your Stamina to Level 14, and we’ll cover all the details below.
How to Unlock Max Stamina in Crimson Desert
- Max Stamina is unlocked after obtaining the Red Seaweed Research task from the Urdavah Institute.
- You also need x10 Red Seaweed, found across the southeast coasts of Delesyia.
How to Unlock Red Seaweed Research in Crimson Desert
- Head to Urdavah, the north city in Crimson Desert.
- Speak with Valtus, found on the second floor just after the elevator in the west area.
- Select “Research Request” and select “Red Seaweed Research”.
- You will need to have completed the tasks “Desert Lifestyle Research” and “Bioenergy Amplification Research”.
If you’re unable to talk to Valtus, finish Chapter 9. Otherwise, see if you can interact with the golden statue located in the room across from him, to the east.
- After around 9 hours (in-game), research on Red Seaweed will stop.
- Return to Urdavah, and when facing Valtus from the elevator, you can find stairs on the right.
- Speak with the Urdavah Institute Research Assistant and head south of Dewhaven in Delesyia.
- You will need to gather x1 Red Seaweed and then hand it back to the Urdavah Institute Research Assistant to resume the research.
How to Get Red Seaweed in Crimson Desert
- Red Seaweed is found across the beaches and coasts of Delesyia.
- Head to the south region of Dewhaven, navigate across the beach, and look towards the water.
- Red Seaweed is easy to spot, as it’s quite literally red seaweed.
- You just need 10 of these for the Stamina unlock, and none more. (11 if you’re also doing the Red Seaweed Research quest).
Now that you’ve finished the Red Seaweed Research and have 10 Red Seaweed, you can improve your Stamina further. Each Stamina upgrade after this will require 5 Abyss Artifacts. Please note that if you reset your progress (respec), you won’t get the Red Seaweed back.
