How To Complete Bamboo Forest Seonangdang Ruins Puzzle In Crimson Desert

You’ll find the Bamboo Forest Seonangdang Ruins puzzle northeast of the Serpent Marsh in Demeniss. It’s conveniently located on the path to the Sanctum of Revelation, which players visit when challenging the Witch of Strength. Solving the puzzle unlocks a fast-travel point using the Abyss Cresset. This is helpful because if you’re defeated by the Antumbra boss inside the Sanctum, you can quickly return and try a different strategy.

When you reach the Bamboo Forest Seonangdang Ruins, you’ll see several rock piles. These are clues to help you solve the puzzle. While there are many rocks, you can only move three of them.

Your first task is to find three rocks hidden throughout the bamboo forest. Start by facing the Abyss Cresset, then turn to your left (west) to locate the first rock. The second rock is positioned across from the cresset, slightly to the east. Finally, the smallest rock is on top of a small pile of rocks further to the east.

Carefully stack rocks on the pile near the Abyss Cresset, one at a time. The goal is to build a stable stack that doesn’t topple over. It doesn’t matter which rock you grab first, as long as you can stack them without anything falling. A good strategy is to start with the largest rocks and work your way down to the smaller ones.

Okay, so I finally got all the stones in place and finished the puzzle at the Bamboo Forest Seonangdang Ruins! Before I left, I made sure to grab the Abyss Artifact from the Abyss Cresset. That’s super important because it unlocks the Bamboo Forest as a fast-travel location – thanks to both solving the puzzle and getting the artifact from the Cresset!
