As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I find myself constantly drawn to the captivating world of Pokémon. The latest updates and news surrounding this beloved franchise never fail to ignite my curiosity. From the rumors of an “Adult Pokémon movie” to the ongoing developments of Miraibo GO, I’m always eager for more!
The Flair system works great for enhancing the visual appeal and value of your top Pokémon Trading Cards, making them sparkle even more elegantly. By incorporating unique, animated features into each card, it elevates their style. However, keep in mind that Flair can only be applied once certain other conditions are met.
After unpacking several Pokémon Pocket TCG packs, your card collection expands rapidly. Among the new cards you’ve yet to acquire, you’ll also find plenty of duplicates. These repeats are beneficial because they contribute to the overall Pokémon Pocket experience and can be employed to enhance the interactive flair on your preferred cards with cosmetic upgrades.
Firstly, I’ll tell you what you need to do and show you how to apply the Flair finish.
How to Obtain Flair in Pokémon Pocket
In order to get Flair in Pokémon Pocket, you should gather Shinedust and multiple copies of the same card. Then, you can exchange these items for a Flair cosmetic.
Shinedust serves as one type of currency within the Pokémon Pocket game, alongside Gold, Hourglasses, and Tickets. You can acquire this currency in several methods.
- Getting a duplicate card from a Booster Pack.
- Completing missions offering Shinedust as a reward.
- Being victorious in Battles.
- Reaching milestones for Achievements.
- Buying it from the Shop when it becomes available during limited-time periods.
All are completely viable ways of obtaining Flair in Pokémon Pocket. Eventually, you should rack up hundreds—if not thousands—of Shinedust to use on the Flair process.

In order to add Flair to a specific card in your Pokémon Pocket, please navigate to your card collection, locate the desired card, then tap on it and select “Get Flair.
Here’s a more detailed step-by-step guide on how to do this:

How Much Flair do You Need For Pokémon Pocket Upgrades?
The amount of Flair needed varies depending on the rarity of the card in Pokémon Pocket.
To illustrate, a fundamental 1-Diamond card won’t demand as many replicas or Shinedust as a 3-Diamond card. As you elevate a card’s luster (Flair), the associated costs also rise accordingly.
