The popular game Life is Strange returns with a new installment, following the unresolved ending of Life is Strange: Double Exposure. In Life is Strange: Reunion, you’ll once again play as Max Caulfield and Chloe Price, working together to prevent a devastating fire at Caledon University. Your choices as both characters will significantly impact the story, including the game’s ending and your relationships with others.

Life is Strange: Reunion is like many other narrative, choice-based games in the industry, in that it ends with a series of slides showing players their various decisions. It also comes with a percentage of how many players made a certain choice, and depending on how many players complete the game and when, that percentage can and will change. That said, Life is Strange: Reunion‘s choices are largely A/B tests for the best or worst outcomes, suggesting that the most popular choices so far will only shift slightly in time.

Okay, so I’ve been playing Life is Strange: Reunion, and the big decisions basically break down into four areas. First, there’s the life-or-death stuff – seven characters can actually die based on your choices. Then there are the choices around the fire at Caledon University; three major ones decide how much of that gets prevented. Relationships are huge, especially with Chloe and Max – their dynamic is a big focus, and there are five key choices impacting those relationships overall. Finally, there are 13 other big choices that don’t quite fit into those categories, but still really matter!
