Upgrading Howling Hill Camp to Level 2
To upgrade the Howling Hill Greymanes camp to level 2 in Crimson Desert, players need to complete faction quests from the Grounds of Sunrise as part of the Embers of Return questline. This involves finding missing Greymanes, gathering resources for the camp, and then completing a quest to expand it.
After you start the “Expanding the Camp” quest as part of the Embers of Return storyline, open your map and use the inspect feature. If you’re using a controller, simply highlight the Howling Hill camp and press the Y or Triangle button. If you’re using a mouse and keyboard, double-click the camp icon instead.
To upgrade the Howling Hill Greymanes camp to level 2 in Crimson Desert, open the camp inspection menu and select the “Howling Hill Camp – Second Expansion” mission under the Missions tab. You’ll then need to complete the requirements listed for that mission.
- You’ll need four Greymanes members to complete the expansion.
- You’ll need at least 60 Stones, 60 Timber, and 400 Provisions to be stored at the camp (via Donating to Karl).
- You’ll need to store at least 1600 copper (16 Silver Coins) at the camp.
After you’ve completed all the necessary steps, you can send out the team to upgrade the Howling Hill camp to level 2.
Greymanes Shown as Dispatched (Solved)
If you’re having trouble starting the Howling Hill Camp Expansion Mission in Crimson Desert, it might be because some of your Greymanes are currently on other assignments. They’ll appear as “Dispatched,” meaning they’re unavailable until those missions are finished.
To quickly upgrade Howling Hill Camp to level 2, you can recall the Greymane soldiers currently on missions in Crimson Desert. Just go to Ross and choose the “Mission Dispatch” option.
Currently running missions will appear first. To end one, simply choose “Cancel Mission.” This will bring your Greymanes back from the mission and give you back all the resources you used to send them. Then, you can assign those Greymanes to the Howling Hill Camp – Expansion mission in the Crimson Desert.
