Where to Find All Burdocks in Heartopia

Burdock is a recently added plant in the Dreamlight Valley game, part of the Dreamlight Cinematics season. You can only find it in the Flower Field on Whale Mountain. There are 15 places where Burdock grows in that area, and it usually appears in small groups, making it fairly easy to collect once you learn where to look.

Burdock is a crucial ingredient for several recipes in the Dreamlight Valley event, particularly the celtuce tacos. To make all the dishes before the event is over, it’s important to collect it often. Luckily, burdock grows back quickly, so if you know where to look in Heartopia, you can easily gather a lot of it.

Where to Find Burdock in Heartopia

You can only find Burdock in the Flower Field at Whale Mountain. Once you’re there, look for groups of green plants with thick leaves and small, rounded tops. With 15 Burdock locations in that area, you should be able to gather plenty without much searching.

As a big fan of foraging in Heartopia, I’ve mapped out all 15 Burdock locations scattered around the Flower Field! The best part? Burdock respawns really quickly – usually just a couple of minutes – so you can stay in one spot and farm a ton without running all over the place. It makes collecting this herb so much easier!

It’s best to stay in one area and gather all the Burdock resources there before moving on. Once you’ve collected them all, they’ll reappear, allowing you to repeat the same path over and over. This is a fast and efficient way to collect a lot of resources without having to travel all over the map.

Burdock is great because it regrows very quickly – in about two and a half minutes. This means you can quickly re-arm it after harvesting, without much downtime.

All Burdock Recipes in Heartopia

Currently, the game Heartopia features just one recipe using Burdock: the Wild Burdock Celtuce Taco. You’ll need 2 Burdock and 1 Romaine Lettuce to make it.

Romaine lettuce was added to the game in the Dreamlight update, along with some herbs. You can buy the seeds from Blanc, who teaches you about gardening. Just go see her to get them! Luckily, romaine lettuce grows very quickly – you can usually harvest it in about an hour.

You can find burdock growing wild, and romaine lettuce can be cooked using the popcorn machine. After that, you’re ready to make a Wild Burdock Celtuce Taco!
