Farming Simulator 25: How to Repair the Tractor

As a long-time farmer and dedicated player of Farming Simulator 25, I can’t stress enough the importance of maintaining your trusty tractors in tip-top shape. These workhorses are the backbone of any successful farming operation, from sowing seeds to spreading fertilizer – they’re the unsung heroes of our digital farms.

In Farming Simulator 25, tractors play a crucial role. They’re used for tasks ranging from planting seeds to applying fertilizers. To run your farm smoothly, maximize profits, and ensure the tractors perform optimally, it’s essential to maintain them well.

In any game’s vehicle assortment, the tractor’s performance will deteriorate with frequent usage. When it gets rundown, it won’t function optimally, becoming sluggish and inefficient, consequently wasting your farm investments in terms of money and time. However, it’s good to know that a worn-out tractor can be quickly restored, sparing you the expense and hassle of acquiring a new one.

In Farming Simulator 25, both the tractors and other vehicles can undergo repairs using two distinct methods.

Repairing in Shop

A straightforward method to fix your tractor involves visiting the local workshop. In the various maps offered within Farming Simulator 25, each one contains a shop where you can purchase all the essential game items. Notably, these shops come equipped with a workshop section where you can have your vehicles repaired for a certain fee.

Hop on your tractor and head to the closest store from where you’re currently at. At the rear of the shop, you’ll spot a workshop marked with a vehicle-repair symbol on its door. Position yourself in front of that symbol, then hit ‘R’ to access Vehicle Settings.

In that menu, you’ll find the names of the vehicles within the compound, along with details about their paint job and overall condition. The cost for repairing a tractor can be seen at the bottom of the screen. If your tractors have worn paint from all the fieldwork, you might also choose to repaint them using the same option.

As a gamer, I’ve found that constantly hopping into my car to drive to the shop for tractor repairs can really eat up my time, especially when there are contracts waiting to be completed. If I want to streamline this process and eliminate the hassle of traveling for every vehicle repair, constructing a workshop right here on my farm is the perfect solution!

As an enthusiast, I’d guide you through setting up my dream garage! First, head over to Build mode. Next, click on Construction mode to kickstart the construction process. Then, delve into the Shed menu, find the Tools option, and choose the Vehicle Workshop – just remember it’ll set you back $45,000. Enjoy building your own workshop!

Once you click on the Vehicle Repair Shop icon, adjust the hologram to any preferred spot for the workshop. At this repair shop, you can swiftly fix all your farm’s vehicles, although it does not provide a service for repainting.
