Defeating the White Lion in Crimson Desert gives you the White Lion Necklace, a top-tier accessory that significantly boosts your Critical Rate. Increasing your Critical Rate means you’ll land double damage more often, making this necklace incredibly valuable.
You can find the White Lion in the northern part of the Crimson Desert, near the Turquoise Rock Pools. We’ve included some map images below to help you locate it. Plus, we’ve got the stats for the White Lion Necklace and an assessment of whether it’s worth upgrading.

How to Find & Kill the Legendary White Lion in Crimson Desert (& Get the White Lion Necklace)
- The White Lion can be found in the far northeast area of the Crimson Desert.
- Head to the north area of Trader’s Expanse, just before Varnia, where you can find the Turquoise Rock Pools.
- The White Lion and his pride will patrol above this area on the cliff, and they are all hostile, so bring healing items and your favorite weapons.
- Focus on killing the Legendary White Lion instead of the lionesses, as when the White Lions die, the lionesses should scatter or despawn.
- Once you’re safe from enemies and the White Lion is dead, skin him, and you’ll get the White Lion Necklace.
A simple strategy for defeating the White Lion is to knock him off the cliff he’s standing on using the Force Palm ability (press R3). The fall should be enough to defeat him! Using the White Bear mount (you can find it here) can also be helpful during the battle.

- These stats are incredible for a necklace, as accessories actually have x2 stats, meaning you’ll actually have Critical Rate Lv 8.
- This can be absurdly powerful for granting your weapons a better chance at getting double damage with every hit.
