While there are other accessories that boost your Critical Rate, the Necklace of Lightning is a good one to get relatively early in the game.
Necklace of Lightning Location in Crimson Desert
- Head to the Eastern Court, which is east of the last “S” in “Demeniss” on the map.
- This area does have enemies to fight, and even a boss, so come prepared with weapons and healing.
- Alternatively, you can try to sneak to the back of the house and go through the top window.
- Inside the Eastern Court, take the first left, where, by the staircase, you can find a hidden room covered with a cloth.
- Walk underneath the cloth, and you can then access a ladder, which takes you into a small room with a lockbox puzzle.
How to Complete the Eastern Court Lockbox Puzzle in Crimson Desert
- Approach the lockbox and press X/Square to “Grab” the Dial.
- Turn up your volume and use the Right D-Pad to turn the dial to the right until you hear a clicking noise.
- When you hear the clicking noise, use the Left D-Pad to turn it to the left until you get another clicking noise.
- Repeat one more time with the Right D-Pad.
- Then a final time for the Left D-Pad.
- Doing so for the fourth and final time will open the lockbox, and you can now interact with the safe door to grab the Necklace of Lightning.
