You’ll find the Stag Lord, a challenging boss with three stages, relatively early in Crimson Desert. You can encounter him by completing the “House Serkis” faction quests in Hernand, specifically the quest called “The Broken Trail.” This quest takes you to the Icemoor Castle Ruins, but defeating the Stag Lord isn’t the final step.
Now that Icemoor Castle ruins are open for exploration, you can find three hidden treasures! These include the Tommaso Guard’s Dagger-Tipped Spear, Sydmon Spear, Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom, and Fallen Kingdom’s Rapier. We’ve included details on where to find them and what their stats are below.
Here’s the location of the Fast Travel Abyss Nexus at Icemoor Castle Ruins, just in case it’s helpful.

- From the center of the Icemoor Castle Ruins, head up the stairs.
- Head up the next set of stairs to enter a small room, and immediately turn around (180 degrees) to find a bundle of spears in the wall.
- One of these spears is the Tommaso Guard’s Dagger-Tipped Spear
Treasure #2 – Sydmon Spear
| Attack | 17 |
|---|---|
| Attack Speed | Lv 1 |

| Special Effect | Lightning Resistance Lv 3 |
- Head to the center of the Icemoor Castle Ruins where you fought the Stag Lord.
- Behind the Stag Lord’s throne to the north, you can venture up the stairs and then take a right across the bridge.
- Follow the path until you reach a dead end, where the only thing you’re facing is a wall with a hole at the bottom.
- Approach the hole and crouch, where you can then break through the wooden boards with Force Palm (R3).
- Inside the hole, you can find a Treasure Chest containing the Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom.
Treasure #4 – Fallen Kingdom’s Rapier
| Attack | 17 |
|---|---|
| Attack Speed | Lv 2 |
| Refinement | 5 |
| Abyss Gears | 3 Empty Slots |
- In the same room where you found the Treasure Chest containing the Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom, you can find the Fallen Kingdom’s Rapier.
- This weapon is behind the Treasure Chest, leaning on the barrel on the left.
- If you cannot find the Fallen Kingdom’s Rapier, then it’s likely that it’s fallen over, so run around the room and look for the thin and pointy sword.
- This weapon can only be used by Damiane, so if you don’t intend on using this playable character, it might be worth skipping.
