Ultra Ego was a fantastic addition to the Dragon Ball series because it allowed characters to grow in unique ways, focusing on their individual strengths instead of giving everyone the same transformation. Even with its incredible power, though, there are still some opponents Vegeta, in his Ultra Ego form, would likely struggle to defeat.

It’s always been a back-and-forth competition, with each fighter gaining the upper hand at different times. But when Goku achieved Ultra Instinct, the power gap widened significantly, placing him on a completely different level.
Vegeta’s powerful new form has closed the gap between him and Goku, but Goku would still likely win in a fight right now. He’s had more time to master Ultra Instinct, giving him a significant edge in skill and control. Vegeta’s Ultra Ego is newer, and his lack of experience with it nearly cost him his life in his fight against Granolah, even though he started out stronger.

He’s finally reached a level where he can truly fight alongside Goku and Vegeta, and it’s amazing to see.
Most fans think Beast Gohan would win in a fight against Ultra Ego Vegeta. They believe Gohan’s power in this form is incredible and doesn’t have the same self-destructive drawback as Ultra Ego, making it a more reliable transformation. While Vegeta might stand a chance once he fully masters Ultra Ego, right now, most people would bet on Beast Gohan.

Black Frieza Already Showed Dominance Against Vegeta

The heroes have become incredibly powerful, but one villain currently surpasses them all: Black Frieza. He’s been established as potentially the biggest threat the entire multiverse has ever faced.
Regarding a battle between Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza, Frieza proved to be significantly stronger. This was demonstrated at the end of the Granolah arc and further confirmed when his new Black Frieza form easily defeated both Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta with a single blow.
Beerus And The Destroyers Would Defeat Vegeta

Ultra Ego significantly boosted Prince Vegeta’s power, allowing him to tap into the destructive energy possessed by the Gods of Destruction. Even with this power, however, Vegeta remains much weaker than actual Gods of Destruction like Beerus.
While we haven’t seen enough of the Destroyers to accurately measure their strength, Beerus is generally considered the most powerful and skilled fighter among them. Because Goku and Vegeta are still constantly striving to surpass him, Vegeta currently wouldn’t be able to win in a fight against Beerus.
Whis And The Angels Are The Strongest
Ultra Instinct Masters
Goku is currently at his peak, making him one of the strongest beings in existence. Even with his incredible power and skill using Ultra Instinct, he’s still far below the level of even the weakest Angels when it comes to truly mastering the technique.
Angels are naturally born with and constantly maintain a state that allows for incredible instinctual accuracy – something Goku is still striving for. Currently, only Whis and the Grand Priest have demonstrated power levels even hinted at being far beyond that of the Destroyer Gods.
Zeno Is The Ultimate Power In The Multiverse
The Omni King
Vegeta’s Ultra Ego form makes him incredibly powerful, letting him destroy things with ease. However, his power is still far below that of Grand Zeno. Even the Destroyer Gods, who have trained for millions of years, can’t match Zeno’s level of destruction.
During the Goku Black storyline, Grand Zeno completely destroyed an entire timeline, leaving absolutely no evidence it ever existed. This act of immense power firmly establishes him as the most powerful character in the Dragon Ball universe.
