Assassin’s Creed Syndicate’s 4K 60 FPS Update is Now Live

As a seasoned gamer with memories of playing Assassin’s Creed Syndicate on my old console, I can’t help but feel a surge of nostalgia at the thought of experiencing it again in 4K 60 fps on my shiny new PS5! The Industrial Revolution setting, coupled with the dynamic combat system and stealth tools, has always been one of my favorites in the series. And now, I can explore Victorian London, meet historical figures, and ride on high-speed trains like never before!

Ubisoft has rolled out an update for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, enhancing its resolution and frame rate on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, and Xbox Series X and S consoles.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate 4K 60 FPS Update

With the most recent upgrade, Ubisoft’s 2015 game Assassin’s Creed Syndicate now boasts 4K 60 frames per second (fps) modes for PS5, PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series X. The PS5, PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series S versions also include a 60 fps mode, albeit with a resolution of 1080p on the latter. This complimentary update takes up 750 MB of storage space on the PS5/PS5 Pro and 31.8 GB on the Xbox Series X/S consoles.

About Assassin’s Creed Syndicate

In Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, you’ll be whisked away to the heart of London during its Industrial Revolution in 1868. Here, you’ll assume the identities of twin assassins, Jacob and Evie Frye, as they strive to liberate London from the grip of the Templars. Additionally, certain parts of the game delve into the story of Lydia Frye, Jacob’s granddaughter.

In Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, the action-packed combat system allows players to execute multiple takedowns and respond with counterattacks to vanquish adversaries. To aid them in their missions, players can employ a range of covert weapons and devices such as a grappling hook, the iconic Hidden Blade, a kukri knife, brass knuckles, and many other tools.

In this game, you’ll find yourself immersed in a Victorian London backdrop, which serves as an expansive, free-roaming landscape for you to explore at your own pace. Along the way, you might bump into real-life figures like Charles Darwin, Charles Dickens, and Queen Victoria. To make your journey more exciting, the game includes systemic vehicles that let you drive carriages, fight on speeding trains, and sail boats along the River Thames. Additionally, you’ll have parkour abilities to help you move around the city with ease.
