These locations weren’t created by natural floating rocks, but by the clever design of Marni. If you’re interested in learning about the secrets within, you’ve come to the right place.
This guide will show you how to solve the Gate to Advancement puzzle and enter the Eternal Corridor. We’ll also help you navigate the Skypillar Archipelago, a challenging area that can be difficult to complete without directions.

How to Unlock the Gate to Advancement in Crimson Desert
- You’ll need the “Old Research Journal” Marni Faction Quest from Delesyia, but you won’t actually need to complete this Faction Quest.
- Head to the Gate to Advancement, located on Mount Benus in the southeast area of Delesyia.
- Inside, you’ll find a central platform, and to interact with it, you’ll need to equip the Visione.
- With the Visione equipped, rotate the inner and outer dials as we’ve shown above.
- Doing so in the exact order we’ve shown will teleport you to the Skypillar Archipelago, and you can use a wall-hanging Force Palm on the south wall to activate the elevator.
How to Solve the Skypillar Archipelago Puzzle in Crimson Desert
- Stand on the Abyss Nexus (fast travel point), where, looking to the west, you can see a bunch of floating cubes.
- Immediately look forward, as your destination is on top of the large clockwork cube on the west wall.
- To reach the top of this clockwork, you’ll need to climb the rotating cubes and use Jump + Triple Force Palm to gain height.
- Stamina consumption is far less in the Abyss, so feel free to keep using Triple Force Palm and your Flight to reach the top, where you will find a strange device.
- Stand in the middle of the device to activate it, which will teleport you inside the Steamclouds Station, which you can access by using Force Palm on the south wall.
