The newest expansion for the Pokemon Trading Card Game is generating a lot of buzz, thanks to its many strong cards. The Meowth ex card is expected to become a key part of competitive decks, letting players find any Supporter card they need. The expansion, called Perfect Order, also brings back popular Trainer cards like Poke Pad, Night Stretcher, and Judge, making them easier to obtain. And now, players can open Perfect Order packs in the Pokemon digital game without using money or in-game points.

Pokemon TCG Live Giving Away Free Perfect Order Packs

  • PERFECTORDER26
  • Four packs of Perfect Order
  • Redeemable until May 22, 10:00 A.M. PDT

Pokemon TCG Live is giving away free items! A new code, PERFECTORDER26, has been released on social media that lets players get four free packs from the Perfect Order set – one pack per account. To celebrate the new set, eight free starter decks are also available in the game. You can redeem the code and claim your free packs until May 22nd at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

With the release of the Perfect Order expansion, the Pokemon TCG has updated its Standard format. This ‘rotation’ means older cards—specifically those from the G-regulation series—are no longer allowed in Standard play. This change impacts several strong cards, including popular Supporter cards like Iono, Arven, and Professor’s Research. It also removes some well-known decks, such as those featuring Gardevoir ex and Gholdengo ex, from the Standard format. Free Perfect Order packs are available to help players start building new decks for this updated format.

The new Perfect Order set includes many strong cards and some innovative strategies. Mega Clefable ex is quickly becoming a popular Psychic-type deck, encouraging players to collect and hold onto Psychic Energy cards. Decidueye ex is also proving effective, focusing on disrupting opponents and controlling their hand size to maximize damage. Throughout the rest of the year, the Pokémon Trading Card Game is expected to undergo significant changes as the franchise celebrates a major anniversary.
