Xbox Game Pass Subscribers Can Stream Even More of Their Own Games Now

People with an Xbox Game Pass subscription can now stream 50 more games they already own using Xbox Cloud Gaming. This update, released in early April 2026, is the second time in just 10 days that the number of streamable games has increased – the first update was on March 25th.

In November 2024, Xbox Game Pass launched a feature allowing players to stream games they already own through Xbox Cloud Gaming. It started with a limited selection of 50 titles, including popular games like Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Hogwarts Legacy, Cyberpunk 2077, Metro Exodus, and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. Over the past 17 months, the number of streamable games has grown significantly, now offering thousands of titles.

Xbox Cloud Gaming Adds 50 Streamable Games for April 2026

In early April 2026, the game library expanded with 50 new titles available for streaming to Xbox Game Pass members who already own the games. This update includes a diverse selection, from classic Microsoft-owned games like Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Perfect Dark, Perfect Dark Zero, and Viva Piñata, to newer popular releases such as Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, MLB The Show 26, and Resident Evil 7 Biohazard.

This update features a diverse collection of games, from smaller indie titles to mid-range productions. You’ll find games like Bad End Theatre, Rhythm Doctor, Duck Detective: The Ghost of Glamping, and the spooky puzzle game Goetia. There are also simulation titles such as SimRail: The Railway Simulator and Truck Simulator Cargo Driver 2025 – USA. Completing the lineup are unique and varied experiences like Killer Instinct Classic, Killer Instinct 2 Classic, Kameo: Elements of Power, Jetpac Refuelled, Mutant Football League 2, and Warframe. Overall, this is one of the biggest and most diverse updates to the streamable Xbox Game Pass library we’ve seen.

Xbox Cloud Gaming Now Supports Over 2,800 Titles

As of early April 2026, Xbox Cloud Gaming offers a library of 2,816 streamable games, plus hundreds more first-party Xbox titles that subscribers can play without needing to purchase them. Since launching the ability to stream games players already own, Microsoft has been adding roughly 162 games each month, regularly updating the selection. However, this current library only represents about 17.5% of all the games available in the Xbox Store, according to data reviewed by TopMob on April 5, 2026. If Microsoft continues at this rate, it would take almost seven years to add streaming support for the remaining games, and that doesn’t even account for new games that will be released during that time.

Xbox Cloud Gaming is expected to add new streamable games before the end of April 2026, following its usual update schedule. Right now, Xbox Game Pass is getting several new games this month, starting with Final Fantasy IV on April 7th.
