In Crime Scene Cleaner, finding hidden items is key to completing your collection and unlocking achievements. During the Amber Alert mission in Act 2, you’ll see several barrels around the area. One of these barrels hides a secret: Kovalsky needs to find the barrel with a gnome on it and lower it using a hidden elevator. Here’s a guide to finding all the keg barrels and solving the puzzle to obtain a CD in Crime Scene Cleaner Act 2.

How To Solve Keg Puzzle In Amber Alert (Crime Scene Cleaner Act 2)

In the Crime Scene Cleaner game, the keg barrels puzzle requires you to arrange the barrels to match the order of the drink taps. To do this, go to the Bar from the Staff Area and look behind the counter. You’ll see four taps with different icons – remember their order, as you’ll need to replicate it with the barrels for Kovalsky.

The pattern goes like this: Gnome – White – Red – Green.

Head back to the Staff Area and into the room you were just in. Next to the door, you’ll find a keg barrel with a gnome on it – grab that. Then, return to the Bar entrance and look in the corner by the faucet; you can fill your bucket there to start cleaning. Once you do, you’ll reveal a hidden elevator.

Okay, so it’s not like a secret you activate – you don’t need to hit a switch or anything. It’s just… hidden behind a lot of clutter! To see it, you’ve gotta get rid of that yellow sign and the barrel first. Then, pick up the gnome barrel, stand on that square platform, and press down – the lower arrow button – to drop down and finally see what was hidden!

Okay, so I’m holding the gnome barrel and need to connect it to the very first pipe on the left. Then, right next to those pipes, there’s a green keg – that one goes on the last pipe. That leaves the two pipes in the middle totally free.

If you’re looking at the pipes, you’ll see a white barrel on a trolley to your left. Take that barrel and set it down next to the gnome. The red barrel is hidden under the other barrels by the elevator. Grab it and place it in the empty space between the white and green barrels.

In the end, the barrels should match the drink taps pattern Gnome – White – Red – Green.
