Does House Flipper Have Multiplayer?

House Flipper is a relaxing game where you renovate old, messy houses, give them a fresh look, and then sell them to make money. It’s been popular since 2018, and a recent free giveaway on Steam has brought in lots of new players.

I absolutely love getting a house from a total wreck to a dream home in House Flipper – it’s so satisfying! But honestly, after a while, doing all the work by myself gets a little…samey. I keep hoping they’ll add a way to play with friends, like a multiplayer mode. Unfortunately, it looks like you’re on your own – House Flipper doesn’t have multiplayer right now.

Is House Flipper Multiplayer Co-Op?

  • The short answer is no.
  • Even though House Flipper feels like the kind of game that would be perfect for co-op, it doesn’t have any multiplayer features.
  • There’s also no sign that the developers will add co-op.
  • The developers have stated that House Flipper was designed from the start as a single-player experience.
  • Because of that, turning it into a proper multiplayer game would require major changes to the core systems, which is not something they have planned.

The developers have mentioned they’d like to include multiplayer at some point. But now that House Flipper 2 has been released, it’s unlikely the first game will receive a co-op feature.

If you’re looking to play with friends, House Flipper 2 is your best bet, as it offers a multiplayer mode.

Is There a Multiplayer Mod for House Flipper?

You might be hoping to play House Flipper with friends, but there isn’t an official way to do so. And unfortunately, there aren’t any working mods that add multiplayer functionality either. As of right now, there’s no reliable way to play the game with others.

Given the game is getting quite old—nearly eight years—it’s probably safe to say we won’t see a functional multiplayer mod released now. However, we’ll update this guide if anything changes down the line.
