How to Get Dark Red Goblet in Crimson Desert (+40 Max Stamina)

In Crimson Desert, the Dark Red Goblet is a valuable item that permanently increases a player’s maximum stamina by 40 points when used. Players earn it by defeating the Crimson Warden boss as part of the Corrupted Greymane questline for House Thorel in the Demeniss region.

The questline for The Corrupted Greymane doesn’t become available until players reach Chapter 8 of the main story in Crimson Desert. Players who are still early in the game will need to continue progressing before they can start this quest.

How to Get the Dark Red Goblet in Crimson Desert

Permanent +40 Max Stamina Upgrade

To get the Dark Red Goblet permanent stamina upgrade in Crimson Desert, here’s what you need to do.

    Progress the main story to Chapter 8. Under Journal → Faction Quests → Demeniss → House Thorel, look for the Crimson Warden category with the Corrupted Greymane mission.

    Activate the Corrupted Greymane mission’s tracking.

    Follow the quest marker to the Halssius Trading post and talk to the Greymane informant to learn that there is a rogue Greymane who is going around killing civilians on the order of nobles.

    Follow the second quest marker and go to the Demeniss Wildlife Park directly south of Demeniss City.

    Approach the arena in the center to trigger the boss fight against the Crimson Warden.

  1. Defeat the Crimson Warden, and you’ll receive the Crimson Chaser Mail armor piece, the Arrow Rain Abyss Gear, and the Dark Red Goblet key item.

Okay, so after you finally take down the Crimson Warden, don’t forget to loot his body! He drops an Abyss Artifact, and you definitely want to grab that.

How to Use the Dark Red Goblet in Crimson Desert

Open your inventory. Look for the purple icon labeled ‘Key Item Treasures’ at the top. The icon will show your most recently obtained treasure – if you just got the Dark Red Goblet, that’s what it will display.

Choose the dark red goblet on the left and click the “Use” button to drink it. Once you do, all your characters will immediately gain a +40 stamina boost.

A few players are experiencing an issue where the Dark Red Goblet isn’t functioning correctly. Loading an older saved game and trying to use it again often resolves the problem.
