Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026 will reveal more details about the exciting new game, Dragon Ball Project AGE 1000, and provide updates on existing titles like Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle, Dragon Ball Legends, Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, and Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero. The biggest news will likely be a first look at the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: Beerus anime. Fans are also hoping to hear confirmation that Toyotarou’s Dragon Ball Super manga will resume after its break.

Dragon Ball Battle Hour 2026 Will Finally Offer More Details on Project Age 1000

The upcoming game, Dragon Ball Project AGE 1000, will be a major focus at the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026. The official Dragon Ball website announced that new details about AGE 1000 will be revealed during the Battle Hour Times presentation. Currently, very little is known about the game, but fans are guessing it could be a fresh start for Dragon Ball Online or possibly the next installment in the Xenoverse series, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3.

With Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 being a key game in Battle Hour 2026, Bandai Namco likely plans to continue supporting it while also working on AGE 1000. This makes AGE 1000 – which appears to be a fresh start or reimagining of Dragon Ball Online – a more probable project than a direct sequel to Xenoverse. AGE 1000 features a brand-new protagonist designed by Akira Toriyama and is being billed as a completely new Dragon Ball experience with an all-new cast of characters.

I’m so excited about this new arc! The title, ‘AGE 1000’, immediately tells us it’s set way in the future of the Dragon Ball universe – 216 years after the end of DBZ, to be exact! It feels like Akira Toriyama is cleverly finding a way to connect some of the older stories from Dragon Ball Online and bring them back into the current continuity, while still letting Toyotarou continue his awesome work on the Dragon Ball Super manga without any interference. It’s a brilliant move to expand the lore and move things forward!

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Will Be Featured in Dragon Ball Battle Hour 2026

Both Dragon Ball Super: Beerus and Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol were revealed at the Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri event in January. Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol is still being made, but Dragon Ball Super: Beerus will begin airing on Fuji TV this fall. With Dragon Ball Super: Beerus being promoted at Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2026, an official release date for the anime remake may be announced soon.

A special panel will focus on Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, promising new details about the anime. This version of Dragon Ball Super: Beerus is a complete reimagining of the original Battle of Gods arc, streamlining the story and featuring improved animation with updated scenes and visuals. Fans are hoping Dragon Ball Battle Hour 2026 will announce the release date and episode count for Dragon Ball Super: Beerus, and potentially confirm plans for remakes of other Dragon Ball Super arcs.
