Haki is a remarkably flexible power system in the world of One Piece, and it’s become incredibly important as the story reaches its climax. Now that One Piece is nearing its end, many powerful characters are revealing their abilities and strength to fans.
Throughout the final arc of the story, Oda has revealed many new characters who can use Haki, a powerful ability, and it seems even stronger Haki users will appear soon.
Jewelry Bonney

Jewelry Bonney is a strong pirate who gained attention during the recent Egghead Arc. Although she appears to be only 12 years old, Bonney possesses both a powerful Devil Fruit ability and impressive Haki. During her fight with Saint Saturn, one of the Five Elders, Bonney demonstrated her Haki skills and was able to successfully attack and injure him using a combination of her abilities.
Fans were surprised by how powerful Bonney turned out to be. She’s a clear child prodigy with an incredibly promising future, and is destined to become one of the strongest characters in all of One Piece.
Gunko

Gunko is a highly skilled member of the Holy Knights and one of the strongest characters in One Piece. Her Devil Fruit, the Aro Aro no Mi, gives her the ability to create and control arrows, letting her attack along their flight paths. She also possesses exceptionally strong Haki, as demonstrated during the Elbaph arc.
Gunko possesses a powerful Haki ability that lets her instantly sense anyone nearby. She’s also skilled enough to completely hide her own presence. Her strength is immense – she managed to harm Loki and easily took out half of the Straw Hat Pirates.
Shamrock Figarland

Shamrock Figarland leads the Holy Knights and is incredibly skilled in Haki, rivaling even Shanks. He’s Shanks’s twin brother, and like him, is a natural talent when it comes to mastering Haki.
While we haven’t seen the full extent of his power, it’s obvious he’s skilled in Haki, allowing him to hide his presence effectively. He can also easily detect strong Haki users from a great distance, indicating a powerful ability to observe his surroundings. It seems he likely possesses the rare Conqueror’s Haki as well, though he hasn’t demonstrated it yet in the story.
Five Elders

During the Egghead Arc, the Five Elders demonstrated their immense power. Each of them possesses strong Yokai abilities, and they are also masters of all three types of Haki. They showed off their incredibly potent Conqueror’s Haki multiple times on Egghead, though the full extent of their strength remains a mystery.
Their ability to quickly master and use advanced Haki skills – like Conqueror’s Haki, powerful Armament Haki, and high-level Observation Haki – within just a few chapters demonstrates impressive control and talent.
Scopper Gaban

Scopper Gaban was the powerful right-hand man of the late Pirate King Roger. He fights using only Haki, a special ability in the world of One Piece. The Elbaph arc revealed Gaban is a master of all three types of Haki, including their most advanced forms.
Gaban’s Observation Haki is so advanced, he can foresee events, and he has more mastery over it than even Yonko Luffy. He’s also able to imbue his attacks with potent Supreme King Haki, allowing him to overcome the immortality of the Holy Knights and other immortal figures within the World Government. Even at his age, Gaban remains a remarkably powerful Haki user in the final arc of the story.

Rocks D. Xebec

Rocks D. Xebec was first hinted at during the Wano Country arc in One Piece. Over time, the author, Oda, revealed more about him, and he was finally fully shown to fans during the Elbaph arc.
The story thoroughly detailed Rocks’s journey over the past 56 years, leading up to the God Valley Incident. Through this, the author showcased Rocks’s mastery of Haki, revealing he could use all three types. His Conqueror’s Haki was particularly impressive, capable of unleashing powerful shockwaves strong enough to defeat an Admiral. He even overpowered Garling Figarland with these attacks, establishing him as one of the most formidable Haki users introduced in One Piece.
Loki

I’ve heard a lot about Loki, the Prince of Elbaph, and he’s considered one of the most powerful beings in the One Piece world. It’s said he was born with the strength of the Ancient Giants flowing in his veins, giving him incredible abilities from the start. As he grew older, he just kept getting stronger, eventually becoming so powerful that he could potentially destroy the whole world – it’s a pretty daunting thought.
Loki’s immense power comes from his Devil Fruit, which theoretically allows him to destroy the world. He’s also incredibly skilled in Haki. His Observation Haki lets him instantly sense the abilities of anyone on Elbaph, and he can imbue his attacks with extremely potent Supreme King Haki. This Haki is strong enough to harm even King Harald, and recently, a single attack enhanced with it completely obliterated all of Killingham’s MMAs and severely wounded Saint Sommers.
Imu

So far in the final part of One Piece, the most powerful new user of Haki revealed by Oda is undoubtedly the World Government’s leader, Saint Nerona Imu. We first saw Imu’s incredible Haki when he appeared using Gunko in the Elbaf Arc. Its power was so immense that it was felt even in the Underworld, and it frightened even strong characters like Luffy and Loki.
During the God Valley flashback and again in chapter 1179, Imu demonstrated incredible Haki abilities. When Imu descended on Elbaph, it became clear his control over Haki was immense, comparable to that of Joy Boy. Currently, he’s established as one of the most powerful characters in the story.
