No Man’s Sky has released a new update as of April 2026. This update includes various improvements and bug fixes following the launch of the Xeno Arena expansion. The update is now available on PC through Steam, and will soon be available on PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
Update 6.3 for No Man’s Sky, released on April 8th, introduced Xeno Arenas, and players are still exploring this new feature. It’s a side activity where you collect creatures and battle them against holographic copies of other beings. Many players have noticed similarities to monster-catching games like Pokémon, but Xeno Arenas features alien creatures that fit within the No Man’s Sky universe.
I was really excited about the latest No Man’s Sky update, and it’s awesome to see how quickly Hello Games is responding to player feedback! They just released update 6.32, and it fixes six issues that players have been reporting. What’s cool is that the update seems to prove the new monster-battling system is already pretty solid – only one of the fixes is directly about that. The biggest thing for me is they fixed a bug that was making NPCs near the Holo Arena game tables unresponsive. Now it should be much easier to get into arena battles at space stations, settlements, outposts, and even The Anomaly, which is great!
A recent update also fixes a visual glitch where underwater elements flickered. Players should now experience smoother graphics when exploring beneath the surface while searching for creatures to use in the No Man’s Sky Holo Arena.
The recent update to No Man’s Sky fixed several bugs that weren’t related to the new monster battles. These included an issue where upgrades would disappear from players’ Corvette ships after warping between star systems, and a glitch that was accidentally giving players duplicate items. The update also addressed a rare crash and a performance problem specific to PlayStation 5 players when visiting The Anomaly.

Update 6.32 follows closely on the heels of another patch for the Xeno Arena expansion. Like the previous 6.31 update, this one mainly focuses on small improvements and bug fixes, specifically for the PlayStation and PC versions of the game. The key changes address crashes that happened when players moved Technology upgrades in their inventory while a system recharge warning was displayed, along with some general improvements to how the game connects to the network.
