As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of experience under my belt, I must say, this Aldredd fellow has certainly raised some eyebrows in the gaming community. While I can appreciate the sheer determination and perseverance it takes to grind for a month straight to reach level 1000 in Black Ops 6, I can’t help but feel a twinge of disappointment for those who were on the verge of reaching that milestone legitimately.
One dedicated Call of Duty enthusiast allegedly exploited a feature to continuously play Black Ops 6 Zombies for over four weeks, accumulating enough experience points to reach an unprecedented Prestige level 1000 and receive the game’s top-tier rewards. The player, known as ‘Aldredd’, reportedly kept his computer running nonstop for five uninterrupted weeks to amass enough XP to attain the highest rank achievable.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve been grinding day and night to hit that exceptional level, only to find out that Treyarch had some sweet rewards tucked away for the elite few. Now that everyone’s discovered them, I can’t help but feel a mix of a) frustration, and b) disillusionment.
Not Like This
Many enthusiasts have felt frustrated due to the premature unveiling of the rewards for level 1,000 in Black Ops 6. For quite some time, the ‘Nuke Squad’ had been tirelessly playing to reach this level, and they were just about to become the first genuine team to hit it when the big reveal was suddenly posted online.
On Twitter, a user known as ‘Beamishh’ (Aldredd) disclosed that the leaked content wasn’t meant to be shared and that the associated rewards were far from spectacular.
To clarify, I didn’t intend to share them initially; I had explicitly stated that I wouldn’t, but there was a small private channel on Discord where I accidentally posted them. Unfortunately, someone took advantage of this and leaked the content, causing others to claim it as their own. In hindsight, it was careless of me, but yes. There’s nothing particularly impressive about my 1000 [whatever “1000” refers to].
Among very few other players, he’s now eligible to obtain the top-tier prize, which comprises a complete set – featuring badges, a backdrop, insignia, a firearm design plan, and an exclusive Operator character.
And that’s where things get interesting.
It’s revealed that the Character in question is none but Eric Samuels, a figure known from Black Ops 2. This hint has led many fans to speculate that it could be a significant reference to the anticipated sequel of Black Ops 2, which is rumored to be under development.
At the milestone of reaching Prestige Level 1000, you’ll acquire an PP919 weapon model named Enigma Tech, a design reminiscent of the one featured in the year 2012’s Black Ops 2 game.
