10 Pasqualina Belpaese

Great For An Absolute Beginner

Among the initial characters you can choose from in the game, Pasqualina Belpaese stands out as one of the top contenders. While I might be biased towards her, I did secure my initial victory using her, which speaks volumes about her capabilities. Her starting weapon may not seem impressive at first glance, but it certainly holds its own.

To begin, Pasqualina utilizes the Runetracer – a versatile, projectile-based weapon. What particularly appeals to me about the Runetracer is its ability to adapt as Armor, a robust defensive asset, is acquired.

These items offer a good balance between dealing damage and ensuring survival, and they transform into the seemingly overpowered “No Future”, which can be quite intimidating for beginners to handle.

9 Big Trouser

Gold can be considered a final-stage resource after you have maximized your power-ups. If you aim to accumulate wealth, there’s clearly one preferred option available.

Big Trouser initiates with a 20% higher Greed trait, which grows each time he advances in level. The extent of his Greed affects the amount of gold you acquire from all sources, allowing him to accumulate wealth at an accelerated pace.

In relation to this, Gold Rush persists for a duration 1.5 times as long, which makes those periods exceptionally profitable. Notably, Big Trouser comes equipped with the Candy Box from the get-go, enabling him to pick any weapon within the game at will.

I really enjoy playing Among Us, and the Emergency Meeting DLC shows that combining it with another IP is like a perfect fit or a divine pairing.

Character Rina is remarkably well-crafted, initially wielding the Sharp Tongue and modestly enhanced stats all around. This mischievous teammate has earned a spot on our list due to its one-of-a-kind skill, which occasionally transforms Rina into an Imposter, accompanied by a set of intimidating teeth.

In the disguise of an Imposter, the character exhibits significantly faster movements and the Sharp Tongue’s attack speed and strength noticeably amplify. The transformation is linked to the number of kills made, thereby allowing for frequent changes in form as long as there’s a consistent tally of defeated foes.

6 Alucard

The Perfect Homage

In this rephrased version, let me say that Alucard is a downloadable content (DLC) character from the “Ode to Castlevania” expansion pack, and he embodies all that one might hope for in this exciting collaboration.

Among all characters in the game, Alucard stands out as incredibly stylish. His actions and battle sequences are wonderfully executed, giving him a more developed feel compared to the average Vampire Survivors character.

Lucky for us, Alucard performs just as impressively as he appears, boasting enhancements in Movement Speed, Armor, and Max Health. To top it off, he possesses four additional DLC abilities beyond his standard skill set, giving him an aura of immense power. For instance, after remaining still, Alucard can employ the Soul Steal ability to build up energy quickly.

Notably, Sammy accumulates Experience Points from these gold pieces as well. When coupled with the Limit Break ability, you can depend exclusively on this voracious hunger to carry you through the entire adventure.

The route to crazy gold gains is a little less obvious with Sammy but absolutely dwarfs Big Trouser when you do it right. The only downside is you must defeat 6000 Sammy enemies to unlock the character, which will take a long time.

4 Scientist Mina

Pink Is Even More Suss

I already spoke highly of Imposter Rina, but her Pink friend is arguably even better.

Scientist Mina’s explanation of her ability might be a bit puzzling, but essentially it means that Mina starts with a lower-than-average Luck stat, and as gameplay continues, her Luck stat progressively deteriorates further.

As a workaround for this issue, consider selecting a statistical attribute every 10 levels advanced. Each selection will boost the chosen attribute by 1%, and these enhancements cumulatively stack if you continue to pick the same one.

Characters that offer autonomy and the opportunity to significantly alter the game’s structure are my favorites, and Scientist Mina fits this description flawlessly. Each playthrough with her brings a unique experience.

3 Avatar Infernas

An Infinite Scaling Apocalypse

The character Avatar Infernas possesses all the desired traits of a highly powerful figure, and its flawed powers add an immense amount of enjoyment when playing.

Over time, mastering Avatar Infernus can prove quite challenging, yet once you learn to roll with the turbulence, you’re in for an enjoyable ride!
