Gogeta’s battle with Broly showed he’s one of the universe’s strongest fighters, potentially even a match for Black Frieza while only using his Super Saiyan Blue transformation. If Gogeta were to fuse again today, he’d be even more powerful than Vegito, because he could tap into the incredible power of Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, creating an unstoppable warrior.

While we can only guess how strong he really is until the story continues, it seems likely he’s reached that level. Even so, Beerus is still significantly more powerful.

However, Beerus currently holds that title, as he’s the only character shown to combine the power of Destruction with Ultra Instinct. This unique ability allowed him to hold his own against all the other Gods of Destruction in a battle.

Angels, who assist the Gods of Destruction across the multiverse, are arguably the most powerful beings in the entire Dragon Ball series. This is because they are always in a state of Ultra Instinct, meaning even the least experienced Angel is incredibly skilled in the universe’s most powerful fighting technique.
Each Angel has a different level of power – Whis, for example, was once weaker than Vados. But overall, Angels are widely considered the strongest beings in the entire multiverse, and even an Angel still in training could likely defeat someone as powerful as Black Frieza.
The Grand Priest Is The Greatest Angel Of Them All

All Angels naturally possess and constantly utilize Ultra Instinct, but they aren’t all equally skilled with it. While Goku has made progress with the technique, Beast Gohan demonstrated that sheer speed can be effective even against Ultra Instinct’s automatic defenses.

With each new installment, the Dragon Ball series has become more powerful, and in Super, Frieza is incredibly destructive – a genuine threat to the entire universe. But even Frieza, and almost anyone else in the series, pales in comparison to the power of Grand Zeno, the Omni King.
Despite his gentle appearance, Zeno is by far the most powerful being in the Dragon Ball series. He demonstrated this by completely wiping an entire timeline from existence during the Goku Black arc – a level of power no other character has ever approached, solidifying his place as the strongest of all.
