As a seasoned Path of Exile player with countless hours spent slaying monsters and grinding for gear, I can’t help but get excited about the upcoming release of Path of Exile 2! The prospect of early access is tantalizing, and while it requires an investment, it’s not breaking the bank.
To gain Early Access to Path of Exile 2, players must acquire an Early Access key. However, when it officially releases in 2025, the game will be free-to-play. Within this free format, gamers can opt to purchase microtransactions for various items such as cosmetic enhancements, special armor transformations, additional Stash Tabs, and extra user interface options.
In the MTX store of Path of Exile 2, players can only acquire items by utilizing Points. These Points can be obtained in two ways: either by making a direct purchase, or by buying a pack that comes with Points among its rewards.
How To Get More Path of Exile 2 MTX Points
In the game Path of Exile 2, there are two methods available to accrue Points: by acquiring Supporter Packs or by purchasing Points individually. If you opt to purchase Points directly, each set of 10 Points will cost you $1, so $10 for 100 Points, $20 for 200 Points, and so on.
If you opt for a Supporter Pack, it not only includes all its standard contents, but also awards Points equivalent to the pack’s price. For instance, a $60 Supporter Pack provides 600 Path of Exile 2 MTX Points along with the pack’s items. Acquiring a Path of Exile 2 Supporter Pack is more advantageous, yet if you aren’t fond of the cosmetics and additional perks included in each pack, buying Points directly remains an available choice.
Purchase A Supporter Pack To Get PoE 2 Points Based On Cost
To acquire a Supporter Pack in Path of Exile 2, players have several options:
The $160, $240, and $480 packages can’t be found on Steam, but they are offered directly through the PoE 2 website and within the game itself.
In Path of Exile 2, there are six Early Access Supporter Packs available. Each of these packs awards a number of Points equivalent to its own price.
- Tier 1: Early Access Supporter Pack
- $30
- 300 Points
- Tier 2: Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack
- $60
- 600 Points
- Tier 3: King of the Faridun Supporter Pack

- 1000 Points
- Tier 4: Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack

- Tier 5: Warlord of the Karui Supporter Pack

- Tier 6: Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack

In addition to the main Path of Exile game, there’s a variety of Supporter Packs offering points that can be spent in the Microtransactions (MTX) store for Path of Exile 2.
Purchase PoE 2 MTX Points Directly In-Game Or On The PoE 2 Site
If you prefer not to get a Supporter Pack and would instead buy Points directly, you can do so by visiting the Path of Exile 2 store on your browser or accessing the Microtransaction menu within the game itself. In these locations, you’ll find three tiers of Path of Exile 2 Points that increase up to $20 in value.
- 50 Points: $5
- 100 Points: $10
- 200 Points: $20
In the future development of Path of Exile 2, it’s possible that the range of Points available for purchase could grow. At present, if you wish to acquire more than 200 Points at one time, you’ll need to do so in separate transactions, with options for 50, 100, or 200 Points per transaction.
