In REPLACED, you’ll explore a world filled with interesting locations as you move from area to area. Along the way, you’ll battle enemies trying to stop you from reaching Phoenix Corporation, and you can also take on optional side quests and collect music for your Walkman.
Okay, so I’m a completionist, and this game has a TON of achievements – seriously, dozens! They cover everything you do, from how well you fight to finding all the hidden collectibles. If I get stuck on any of them – and let’s be real, I probably will – here’s a guide to help me unlock them all in REPLACED.
How Many Achievements are in Replaced?

Replaced features 34 achievements that players can earn on both PC and Xbox. These achievements cover a range of challenges, including finishing the story, finding hidden collectibles, and mastering specific combat techniques.
As a completionist, I was happy to learn I can get all the achievements in just one run! The game lets you switch between difficulty levels whenever you want, and you can easily grind for those combat-related achievements by fighting enemies over and over. The only tricky part is the collectibles – you have to find everything in that single playthrough because there’s no way to go back to earlier parts of the game, and your collectible progress doesn’t carry over if you start a new game.

| My Only Sunshine | Chapter 2: Complete David’s quest | Speak to David, who’s standing on the train platform with a telescope after Tempest drops you off at the start of the chapter, to pick up the quest. He’ll say that he needs a new lens for the telescope, and mentions the “weird girl in the arcade” at the station who has a pair of binoculars. Go and speak to the girl named Susan in the arcade, and she won’t give you her binoculars until you become “best friends” with her. To do that, she needs a Rectifier part from the ticket machine near the entrance to the Hospital area outside. Once you have it, bring it back to her, and she’ll repair the first arcade machine, Donor Rush. You need to beat her high score of 5,000 to get the binoculars, which you can then bring back to David to complete the quest. |
| Let There Be Blood | Chapter 2: Complete Doctor’s quest | After Tempest drops you off at the start of the chapter, run all the way west, past the station entrance and the overpass full of tents, until you come to the entrance to the Hospital. Go inside and speak to the Doctor, who says he needs a part from Yo-Yo’s workshop to fix his equipment to help a patient. Progress the main story until Tempest tells you to meet him in Yo-Yo’s workshop to repair your scavenged gun (the entrance to the workshop is blocked until then). At that point, head into the workshop and speak to Yo-Yo. Select the ‘Regulator’ dialogue option, and he’ll give you the part. Return to the Hospital and give it to the Doctor to complete the quest. |
| Family Reunion | Chapter 4: Complete Old Man’s quest | See our Family Reunion quest guide for details on how to complete this quest. |
| Good Boy! | Chapter 4: Complete Excalibur’s quest | You’ll find the dog Excalibur sitting near the entrance to Yo-Yo’s workshop. Interact with him to find out that he wants food, and this will give you the quest. Head into the station and then go right until you reach the diner area. Speak to the Bartender at the counter, and she’ll give you a hamburger to bring back to the dog. Once you have, follow Excalibur as he leaves the area back to the main street. Go into the new door just to the right of the Workshop area, and it will bring you to a room filled with candles and names of loved ones lost. Interact with Excalibur once more while in there to complete the quest. |
| Hunted | Chapter 4: Complete Edward’s quest | Enter the station’s main entrance and speak to the man named Edward standing near the stairs on the left side of the first level. He’ll say that he wants a copy of Tempest’s map, so head to Tempest’s room that’s to the right of Veronica’s room, east of Yo-Yo’s workshop. Once there, approach the board with the map and scan it when prompted. Leave the area, and you’ll find Edward’s body just outside near the van. Interact with it to finish the quest. |
| The Biggest Fan | Chapter 7: Find all Tempest-man comics | See our The Biggest Fan quest guide for details on how to complete this quest. |
| Look-Alike | Chapter 7: Complete Sandra’s quest | During this chapter, go into the station and then to the right until you see a woman standing near the stairs on that side. Speak to Sandra, and she believes that a spy is lurking somewhere around the station. She further asks you to use Yo-Yo’s terminal to get to the bottom of it, so head there next. Once there, approach the main terminal and use your Hack ability to access it. When the interface opens on your screen, select the ‘Infiltrate integrated database’ option, followed by ‘Check PCPD ID card’. Next, select the ‘Londin, Stanley’ profile. After that, leave the workshop and speak to the bearded man just outside. Finally, return to Sandra in the station, and the quest will be complete after the dialogue. |
| Old School | Get the high score in all arcade games | You can unlock the arcade games inside the station by completing David’s ‘My Only Sunshine’ quest during Chapter 2 and bonding with Susan. She’ll make the first arcade booth available in Chapter 2, the second one in Chapter 4, and the third one in Chapter 7. Beat Susan’s high score on each machine to unlock this achievement. |
| Sad Cats | Find all Railway Station cats |
You need to find and pet all three cats around the station during their respective chapters. For instance, the first cat will only be available in Chapter 2, as it despawns afterward for the rest of the game.
|
| We Are All Here For It | Pet Excalibur | You can get the option to do this after completing Excalibur’s quest in Chapter 4. Once you’ve turned in the quest, interact with him again to pet him and unlock the achievement. |
| This Is The World We Live In | Find all collectibles | There’s a total of 111 Collectibles in the game to scan and collect across all chapters. You can check the ‘Scans’ menu on your Walkman to track your progress. |
| Non-Human Reflexes | Complete the game on “Hard” difficulty | Select “Hard” difficulty from the game’s main menu when starting a new playthrough. Refrain from changing the difficulty setting in ‘Options’ during gameplay to ensure the achievement unlocks. |
| My Body Is a Machine | Find all Health and Med-Stim upgrades | Gun and Pickaxe upgrades can be collected while progressing through each zone and/or completing side quests. |
| Top Gear | Find all Gun and Pickaxe upgrades | Gun and Pickaxe upgrades can be collected while progressing through each zone and/or completing side quests. |
| Cyberninja | Deflect 50 enemy blasts | Deflect is a combat skill that automatically unlocks during main story progression. Use ‘R1’ or ‘RB’ to deflect an enemy’s bullet back at them when their laser tracker turns red. |
| Reflashed | Complete 3 hacking sequences without mistakes | After the Hack skill unlocks in Chapter 6, you need to successfully complete at least three hacking sequences without making any mistakes during them. In other words, you can’t select the wrong node pattern during the hack. They don’t need to be completed in succession, only cumulatively. |
| Breaking The First Law | Perform 50 finishers on enemies | Charge up your gun to fire with enough physical attacks, then approach an enemy and press the same ‘Fire’ button to perform an execution-style attack on them, which is a guaranteed kill. Note that this can’t be done on the game’s “tanky” enemies or bosses. Combat achievements like these can be farmed in the same area by intentionally dying during the encounter or reloading the checkpoint before the encounter is finished. |
| Anger Management | Use Overdrive 10 times | The Overdrive skill is unlocked automatically during the main story. Farm attacks and kills during combat until the outline of your gun fills up, indicating Overdrive is ready for use. Press ‘L1’ or ‘LB’ to use it until it runs out, and you need to do this at least 10 times cumulatively. Combat achievements like these can be farmed in the same area by intentionally dying during the encounter or reloading the checkpoint before the encounter is finished. |
| Not with a Gun, but with Heart | Perform 300 gun blasts | Physically attack enemies with your gun to gather enough energy until you can fire it. Do this at least 300 times to unlock the achievement. |
| Chip Damage | Finish off 10 enemies with a Pickaxe | Land the final hit on an enemy with your Pickaxe at least 10 times to unlock the achievement. |
| Batch Processing | Hit 30 enemies with Shockwave |
The Shockwave skill is unlocked automatically during the main story. Use Shockwave to hit enemies at least 30 times.
|
| Worth The Wait! | Get every achievement | Unlock the 33 other achievements in the game, and this will then unlock as the final achievement. |
| Music Sounds Better With You | Discover all music tracks | See our All Music Track Locations guide for helpful details on where to find the game’s music tracks. |
