Clues in the form of written hints are scattered about to aid you in solving The Bulls of Blood mystery more efficiently.
How to Solve the Bulls of Blood Mystery in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
In the area known as the Courtyard of the Angel within Castel Sant’Angelo, players will stumble upon the enigma of the Blood Bulls in the game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. This occurs just prior to their entry into Pasetto di Borgo, before they cross paths with Antonio.
The mystery begins as soon as players pick up the Russo’s Note from a desk in the room right of the courtyard. It says that the Janitor was assigned to clean the passage next to the fireplace, which is also our first clue. The second, and more obvious, clue comes from the Angel Courtyard Map found in the connecting room with paintings. It points to a specific spot in the room where the secret passage is located.
Here’s how players will solve this mystery.
- Open up your map and figure out the exact location of the passage in the room where you’ve found the Angel Courtyard Map. It’s on the right side of the fireplace, right between the 2 paintings of bulls.
- To open up the passage, players will need to rotate each painting of the bulls. Doing so will bring the red/brownish bull on the top and the white one on the bottom in both of the paintings.
- Once this happens, a secret passage will open up, marking the mystery as complete.
Currently, players have the freedom to pick up any items along the route and progress up the corridor, which leads to another passage that grants an exit to the balcony. This is a convenient method of circumventing the need to locate the Captain’s key for opening the barred door. As a result, you can now make your way directly to Pasetto di Borgo from this location.
Make sure to loot the chest on the balcony right in front of the passage for some extra loot.
