One Piece is the most popular manga series of all time, and the expansive world created by its author, Oda, offers something for everyone. Though Oda has been telling this story for nearly 30 years, romance hasn’t been a major focus, particularly for the main characters, the Straw Hat Pirates.
As a huge fan, I can tell you Season 5 of Stranger Things is everything I hoped for! Volume 1 really threw our characters into the thick of it, facing off against Vecna – seriously, he’s terrifying. While he didn’t stick around for the whole volume, Vecna caused a ton of chaos in Hawkins. It was so cool seeing how he was the mastermind behind everything, finally stepping out of the shadows in episode four.
The game ARC Raiders has quickly become a huge success, surprising many in the gaming community over the past month. Created by Embark Studios – a team largely made up of former developers from DICE – the game has been in development for years, undergoing a fresh start at one point. While Embark’s previous shooter, The Finals, has seen consistent updates and moderate success, nobody predicted their newest title would reach over 481,000 players on Steam at the same time. This is particularly impressive considering ARC Raiders launched between two major releases this year – Battlefield 6 and Black Ops 7 – both very popular shooting games.
It’s been two and a half months, and I’ve finished both Hollow Knight games. I really lost myself in what I think is one of the best video game worlds ever created, and I have a lot of thoughts about both games. Instead of just looking back (and acknowledging that Silksong feels like a distant memory now), I want to start getting excited about what Team Cherry creates next. I met so many wonderful and well-designed characters while exploring Hallownest and Pharloom. If the next Hollow Knight game follows the same pattern as Silksong – featuring a protagonist who was a side character in the previous game – here are the characters I’d love to see take the lead.
The latest episode of Solo Leveling was the best one yet, becoming the highest-rated episode of the series so far. However, even though it was excellent, it doesn’t quite measure up to the current season of My Hero Academia. My Hero Academia Season 8 has been consistently well-received, and its eighth episode has really stood out, earning a 9.9/10 rating on IMDb.
