Is Call of Duty 2 Coming To Xbox Game Pass?

As a seasoned gamer with a rich history of gaming experiences spanning over three decades, I must say, the prospect of Call of Duty 2 gracing the Xbox Game Pass is music to my ears! The nostalgia factor alone would be worth its weight in gold. Back in the day, I remember saving up allowances just to afford the original Xbox console and the exclusive launch title – yes, you guessed it, CoD2.

It’s possible that Call of Duty 2 might join Xbox Game Pass soon, as it has recently been listed on the Microsoft Store for PC. This discovery was made by Xbox Era.

I’ve noticed an exciting deal – it’s priced at just $19.99! Reminds me of how games like Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited Trilogy were teased before their release on the service. Could this be a hint of something similar in the works?

From my perspective as a fan, although neither Microsoft nor Activision have made any official declarations yet, given that Microsoft owns Activision and the legendary Call of Duty franchise, it’s not unreasonable to speculate that we might see more games from this series gracing their subscription service. At present, only Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Modern Warfare 3 have been added, but who knows what the future holds?

Back in the day, I got hooked on Call of Duty 2, a gem that made its debut on PC and Xbox 360 as an exclusive launch title. It took a team of 75 dedicated developers about two years to bring this beauty to life, all while working with a budget of only $14.5 million. Quite impressive, if you ask me!

Besides the Microsoft Store, you can also find this game listed on Steam at an identical cost.
