How to Find the Fire Reaver in Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
After Rehab collapses, players must retrace their steps to the broken stained-glass window they had previously smashed in order to leave the abbey. This structure has been submerged on its lower levels, but now, players can jump into the water and explore freely. To locate the submerged stained-glass window, head towards the center from the western side of the building, then proceed eastward. Players can destroy this window by firing a projectile, followed by descending a long spiral staircase that follows.
At the base, you’ll discover an egg that hatches into a relative of Rahab, plus many more eggs scattered around this region. Proceed alongside the left wall until you’re aligned with the southern wall. Make your way to this wall and veer left, keeping an eye on it. You’ll spot an entrance at the base of the wall. If players wander too far, they’ll encounter a gate. Just follow the southern wall from the gate, searching for that entrance. This path leads to another set of stairs.
This time around, stick to the eastern wall and you’ll find another ornate, colored glass window. Break it open and follow the trail to discover an Elemental Forge. Interact with this forge, and Raziel will transform his Wraith Blade into a fiery form. From now on, when you fire projectiles, they will appear as fireballs, dealing damage to enemies who can sense your presence, while instantly finishing off any weaker foes that are unaware of your presence.
How to Use the Fire Reaver in Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
Whenever players encounter a vast expanse of fire, they can empower their Ghost Sword to transform into the Flame Avenger. These extensive fires will show up in various unexplored locations like Dumah’s realm. This empowers players with numerous chances to utilize them, significantly simplifying the game’s completion process. However, if the Flame Avenger touches water, it will be doused and revert back to its initial Ghost Sword form.
