Beginning today, December 10, Overwatch 2’s Season 14 commences and introduces two tests of 6v6 game modes: Minimum 1, Maximum 3, and Classic 2-2-2. Given the positive response to the retro LTM’s in the past and future trials, it appears Blizzard is contemplating reintroducing 6v6 team-ups, which may become a permanent feature eventually or simply occasional limited-time events during slow periods.
