As a seasoned gamer who’s been through the trials and tribulations of countless adventure games, I must say that solving the Light Chamber Three-Eyed Gate Puzzle in Indiana Jones and The Great Circle was an exhilarating experience! It wasn’t just about pointing and clicking; it required strategy, patience, and a keen eye for detail.
Near the closing stages of the Giza chapter, Indiana Jones descends into the underworld in search of the Idol of Ra within the context of Indiana Jones and The Great Circle. Upon cracking the Chamber of Resonance enigma, gamers will find themselves at the temple’s entrance. This gate is adorned with mysterious symbols; it’s the players’ responsibility to manipulate the beams of light in order to unlock it. But before finishing the puzzle, there are a couple more steps that need your attention. Let’s delve into them.
How to Solve The Light Chamber Three-Eyed Gate Puzzle
The ancient gate bears three key symbols in its center and six more on its flanks. Inside the room, you’ll find three reflective disks that will help you project beams of light onto the appropriate symbols on the door to open it. At present, only one mirror disk is casting a beam towards the door, while the others remain idle.
To start, players must initially trigger both additional reflective orbs prior to unraveling the mystery of the Light Chamber and unlocking the Three-Eyed Gateway in Indiana Jones and The Great Circle.
Activate the Second Mirror Disc
On the left side of the room, you’ll find two available doors. Entering the first one might lead you to discover an ancient artifact if you’re on a quest for it, but this is not mandatory.
Entering through the second door on the left will enable players to manipulate a mirror disc inside so as to turn on the second laser beam within the main chamber. Presently, there are two active lasers in the central hall, and you’ll need to activate the third one to solve the puzzle.
Find the Missing Mirror Disc
Return to the principal Light Room, and you’ll notice two chambers on its right flank. Entering the first chamber on your right leads you to a Brass Mirror disk resting on the floor.
To move forward with this task, please take the disc from the current room and set it on the stone pillar located in the second room to your right. The disc doesn’t require any adjustments since it will naturally trigger the third light beam within the main hall by itself.
Position the Light Beams at the Correct Symbols on the Three-Eyed Door
With all three lights now active, it’s the perfect moment to unlock the triple-eyed door and conquer the Light Chamber enigma. The objective is straightforward: align the symbols adorning the door’s sides with those in the center by projecting a light beam onto them. Let me walk you through the process.
- Shine the first beam on the top right symbol.
- Shine the second beam on the symbol on the bottom right.
- Shine the final beam on the symbol in the middle left side.
Focusing on the right symbols by lighting them up is the key to unlocking the door, granting Indiana Jones access to the temple in Indiana Jones and The Great Circle.
