As a long-time Marvel fan and avid gamer, I can’t help but feel a bit disheartened by the latest development in Marvel Rivals. The decision to reset Chrono Tokens at the end of each season feels like a step backwards for me. I understand that every game needs some kind of progression system, but using Chrono Tokens exclusively for battle pass progression was already a contentious choice.

In the game, there are three types of currency: Lattice, Chrono Tokens, and Units.
