Yet, despite this, Bakugo remains steadfast at position 15, seemingly unfazed by the rankings.

4. Tenya Iida

Tanya Iida, commonly recognized as Ingenium, stands out as a potent hero with a significant responsibility mindset. Unlike some, she adheres strictly to the rules and prioritizes the well-being of others over her own. Moreover, she is an exceptional combatant known for her extraordinary speed during battles.

It’s fair to conclude that Iida possesses immense power, even if he doesn’t usually take center stage. When it comes to confronting danger, he has the abilities required for success.
