As a dedicated admirer, I’d put it this way: The essence of celestial beings is truly powerful, for Assimar naturally possess resistances to Necrotic and Radiant damage, dark vision, and a modest healing ability. At level 5, they can summon the grandeur of their powers, sprouting divine wings, emitting scorching radiance, or enveloping themselves in a veil of darkness.

Not every dragon flies overhead; some Dragonborn dwell among humans on the earth. Each one possesses ancestry with one of the ten genuine dragon species, summoning their fiery breath attack, and maybe someday, sprouting wings and ascending into the heavens.
Characters starting out as Dragonborn focus around mastery of the elements. During character creation, players choose an element type which grants them a Breath Weapon attack and resistances associated with it. At level 5, these characters acquire the ability to summon spectral wings for flight using just a Bonus Action.
Dragonborn characters excel at spellcasting, particularly in Arcane or Primal magic. This is because their elemental resistance allows them to focus on a single specialty and only take half damage when caught in an Area of Effect (AoE). Furthermore, the Dragon Breath attack gives them an alternative option to Cantrips for offense.

Their Powerful Physique grants them an advantage during grappling attempts and, upon reaching level 5, they can temporarily transform into a large-sized creature for a limited time.
Of course, it’s no secret that these colossal figures excel as formidable fighters, particularly the Monk among them. Their skills are finely tuned for brutal hand-to-hand combat, enabling them to deal immense damage during a battle.
Although Goliaths possess a significant destructive capacity, they aren’t always as aggressive as giants. They may appear unusual in gatherings, but their differences are just enough to keep them from sharing the negative connotations associated with giantkind, which means they typically encounter less prejudice compared to Drow or Tieflings.
In other words, since there’s a vast opportunity within the legend of the Goliaths, players can freely design their own unique cultures for these characters. Keep in mind, though, that they should consult with the Dungeon Master first as the Goliaths typically inhabit secluded regions, away from the urban hubbub of Faerun and Oerth. So let your imagination run free and craft a culture for the Goliaths!

Many individuals view D&D Halflings as being similar to Hobbits, except without the hairy feet. However, it’s important to note that while the inspiration may be apparent, Halflings are significantly more inclined towards adventure and exploration compared to the rather somber Hobbits from The Fellowship.
Halflings gain an advantage when they are confronted with being frightened. They have the unique ability to slip through and conceal themselves among larger beings. Additionally, in situations requiring a d20 roll, they can re-roll any instance where they roll a 1.
It’s hardly unexpected that Halflings excel at being Rogues in D&D, given their ability to navigate battlefields stealthily without accidentally setting off traps. Moreover, they prove to be proficient Bards and Rangers, aligning with their mythos from Middle-earth.
Dungeons & Dragons players can flip Tolkien’s typical archetypes upside down, creating Halflings who exhibit boldness, arrogance, and an insatiable lust for adventure due to their innate luck. Creating a second Frodo, however appealing it may seem, would result in a character that everyone has encountered before.

The versatility of customization in the Human character makes them ideal for any role. Moreover, their skill to acquire Magic Initiate Feats, which grant them spells, makes them excellent picks for small groups with just three players.
