The new hero Vendetta has arrived in Overwatch 2, and she’s unique! This sword-wielding gladiator is the first damage-dealing character focused entirely on close-combat attacks. But what’s really interesting is her backstory: Vendetta is the daughter of a former Talon leader who was killed by Blackwatch, meaning she’s seeking revenge against both Overwatch and Talon. It looks like Overwatch 2 is positioning Vendetta to be a key villain in the game’s future.

Look, I’ve been gaming for ages, but even I haven’t played everything! There are just so many great franchises out there. And honestly, no matter how much you play, you probably missed some awesome fantasy games. If you’re looking to jump into a new series and want to actually finish a game in a reasonable amount of time – like, within a couple of hours – these are some really good choices. They might have extra stuff to do, but you can beat the main story in that timeframe.

The Elbaf arc of One Piece has been a fantastic continuation of the Straw Hat Pirates’ journey to the land of the Giants. It’s been packed with surprises, and many fans didn’t anticipate the deep dive into the history of God Valley through the Loki flashback. That flashback recently concluded with the death of Rocks D. Xebec and the destruction of God Valley island.

As a huge Metroid fan, I’ve been waiting for this game for almost twenty years! Metroid Prime 4: Beyond picks up the story after Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and takes us to this really cool, mysterious planet called Viewros. Apparently, it used to be home to an alien race called the Lamorn. We’ll be playing as Samus, exploring Viewros, but it looks like Sylux is still holding a grudge and causing trouble for both her and the Galactic Federation. From what I’ve seen in previews, the controls feel amazing – just as responsive as the older games – and the enemies are supposed to be really unpredictable, which should make every fight exciting!

Starting in the latter part of 2025, the cost of DRAM memory has sharply increased, making it difficult for consumers to afford the RAM they need. This is largely due to high demand from companies like OpenAI that build artificial intelligence systems. These companies are getting priority access to the available supply, causing manufacturers to focus on building RAM for AI servers instead of consumer products. Because of this, the price of DDR5 memory kits for desktop computers has more than doubled since the fall. While there have been some discounts on other computer parts, there’s no indication that RAM prices – for either DDR4 or DDR5 – will come down anytime soon.

ABEMA recently shared the rankings for Japan’s most-streamed Isekai anime, and the results might surprise you. “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” topped the list, proving more popular than series like Re:Zero and Mushoku Tensei. With Isekai anime gaining worldwide popularity, we can likely expect to see even more of this genre in the future.
