Pokemon GO Will End Support For 32-bit Android Devices Soon

In a recent blog announcement, developers of Pokemon GO announced that they will discontinue support for 32-bit Android devices in order to streamline their development workflow and focus on newer operating systems and technologies. This change will only impact 32-bit Android users; those using 64-bit Android or iOS devices are not affected and do not need to take any action.

Starting March 2025, users who downloaded Pokemon GO from the Samsung Galaxy Store using a 32-bit system will no longer have access to the game. Support for players who obtained the game from the Google Play Store will cease in June 2025. After these dates, players won’t be able to use their Pokemon GO accounts, items, or PokéCoins once an update is applied. To keep playing, they need to log in with the same credentials on a fresh 64-bit device.
