  • Crystals like Sherald and Innki excel in battles against specific Temtems.
  • Rare Temtems like Shuine, Valash, and Zenoreth offer unique traits and stats for strategic teams.

Temtem offers a massive multiplayer online experience similar to Pokemon, packed with an abundance of content. After creating your tamer character, you’ll find yourself in the expansive Airborne Archipelago. Here, you can capture over one hundred unique creatures known as Temtems, train them, and engage in battles. Moreover, players can participate in Player versus Player combat, challenge various Dojos, and even search for rare Mythic Temtems hidden throughout the game’s expansive world.

To excel as a Temtem tamer and thrive in the game’s competitive landscape, players should aim for formidable creatures. For those striving to rule the competition, it’s advisable to seek out the top-tier options, luckily, Temtem boasts numerous powerful creatures to build strong teams with. One particularly special type of Temtem is Crystal. Known for their hard shells and shimmering appearance, these creatures are tenacious and resilient partners for any team setup.

Crystal Tempetes are essential due to their high value in fights against Electrical and Psychic Tempetes. They are also powerful against Poisonous Tempetes defensively speaking. Therefore, it’s always wise to diversify your Crystal collection.

9. Sherald

Overall Stat: 424

  • Sherald cannot be found and tamed in the wilderness.
  • Players must find a Crystle from the following locations and evolve it after 30 levels to obtain Sherald:
    • Kupeleleza, Tucma
    • Mines of Mictlan, Tucma
    • Zadar, Deniz

In the game Temtem, Sherald serves as a beginner creature and features a crystal-inspired design reminiscent of a tortoise. This four-legged Temtem sports a robust green shell made from emerald crystals. Following Crystal at level 30, Sherald is its second evolution. While Sherald’s base stats are average, it boasts a respectable defense stat. Sherald showcases its potential with the Provident trait that increases its SPDEF when struck by Earth, Fire, or Mele Techniques.

As a film buff might say: “When Sherald, my unique Temtem, is attacked using a special technique, it mirrors back an impressive 35% of the damage inflicted onto the assailant! However, finding this rare creature in the wild isn’t an option for us. The clever solution lies in capturing a Crystal and guiding it through its evolutionary path. Lucky for us, these elusive treasures can be discovered in the Mines of Mictlan and Kupeleleza. So, let’s hop on our Tucma-bound transportation and fast-travel our way there for a reasonable chance!

8. Myx

Overall Stat: 453

  • Myx cannot be found and tamed in the wilderness.
  • Players must find an Occlura from the following locations and evolve it after 18 levels to obtain Myx:
    • Kupeleleza, Tucma
    • Mines of Mictlan, Tucma

As I gaze upon the enigmatic figure of Myx on the silver screen, I can’t help but marvel at its captivating design. Clad in a black body adorned with shimmering red and blue crystals, it boasts four tentacled appendages that seem to sway hypnotically. This unique creature offers two distinct traits: Puppet Master, which enables Myx to ingeniously deflect single-target, rival technique damage onto an ally when its health dips below forty percent. Alternatively, opting for the Rejuvenate trait provides a less perilous route, as Myx regenerates a base percentage of its HP whenever it unleashes a special move. Quite fascinating indeed!

Exceptionally high in both SPATK (Special Attack) and SPDEF (Special Defense), Myx is an excellent choice for teaming up with a tank-like or offensive companion. However, it’s crucial to note that Myx cannot be captured in the wild. Instead, players need to locate its previous form, Occlura, as a means of obtaining one. Occlura can be found within the Garden of Astlan, specifically in Tucma.

7. Innki

Overall Stat: 465

  • Innki can be found in Pillars of Highabove, Cipanku.

As a movie-goer reviewing the Temtem scene, let me tell you about Innki – a one-of-a-kind creature that straddles two distinct categories: Crystal and Electric. Unlike other Temtems, Innki doesn’t have an evolutionary upgrade or is not derived from any other Temtem. Boasting an impressive SPD (Speed) stat of 80, it certainly stands out in the crowd. However, its ATK (Attack) and DEF (Defense) stats are relatively average at 65 and 61 respectively.

As a fervent admirer, I appreciate the unique abilities that Physmaster and Specmaster bestow upon Innki. With Physmaster, Innki experiences a substantial 50% boost in its Physical Technique prowess, which serves as an impressive counterbalance to its moderate Attack stat. On the contrary, Specmaster amplifies the potency of Innki’s Special Techniques by an equally impressive 50%.

6. Shuine

Overall Stat: 486

  • Shuine can be found in Kakama Cenote, Tucma.

Shuine is a unique Temtem featuring a slithering body adorned with vibrant colors. Its scales glimmer green, while its snout and horns are a striking red and gold respectively. This Temtem boasts exceptional stats in Stamina (STA) and Speed (SPD), with average Attack (ATK) and Special Attack (SPATK) capabilities. As such, Shuine makes an excellent companion for any Tamer. Notably, Shuine is a non-evolving Temtem, remaining in its base form throughout its life.

As a cinephile, I’ve got the lowdown on two superb traits my favorite Temtem, Shuene, possesses that really pack a punch against status-based opponents: Guardian and Immunity. Guardian is like Shuene’s personal bodyguard, shielding it from any nasty stat changes and making sure it stays clear of Doomed, Poisoned, Frozen, Chilled, and Burned states. On the other hand, while Immunity might not be as multitalented as Guardian, it excels at keeping Shuene safe from poison and toxin damage. And here’s a fun fact: you can only find this awesome Temtem right in Kakama Cenote within Tucma!

5. Gyalis

Overall Stat: 444

  • Gyalis can be found in Mines of Mictlan, Tucma.

Gyalis resembles a praying mantis and is a slender, crimson-crystal Temtem. In place of hands or paws, it has two pointed protrusions. Additionally, there’s a hovering halo of red crystals encircling its head.

Gyalis, a unique Temtem, boasts both crystal and melee types, making it an exceptional learner of techniques, particularly with its impressive speed (SPD) and attack (ATK) stats that are tops among its peers in crystal and melee types. Notably, Gyalis has the highest base SPD stat among all melee and crystal Temtem. Moreover, this Temtem thrives under challenging conditions as it is resistant to adverse effects from rival Temtem, such as Burn, Sleep, Poison, and Cold. This Resistant trait shortens the duration of these effects by one turn. You can discover Gyalis in the Mines of Mictlan within Tucma.

4. Mudrid

Overall Stat: 472

  • Mudrid can be found in the following locations:
    • Mines of Mictlan, Tucma
    • Barafu Glacier, Kisiwa
    • Pillars of Highabove, Cipanku
  • Mudrid can also be obtained by finding a Bunbun from the following locations and evolving it after 25 levels:
    • Mines of Mictlan, Tucma
    • Gardens of Aztlan, Tucma
    • Kakama Cenote, Tucma

As a dedicated cinema enthusiast, I’d like to share some insights about my favorite digital creatures. The advanced version of the charming Bunbun is known as Mudrid. You can find Mudrid in two distinct locations: the Mines of Mictlan in Tucma or the Barafu Glacier in Kisawa. Alternatively, players can opt for a more gradual approach, nurturing a Bunbun from level one to twenty, making the task less challenging.

Mudrid sports a colossal rabbit-like figure, about as large as a dog, boasting a rich brown coat and green crystal horns and talons. This resilient Temtem stands out with impressive SPD, ATK, and HP ratings, making it both aggressive and sturdy on the battlefield, offering versatility to your team. Furthermore, its Receptive trait enables it to prolong the duration of beneficial effects conferred upon it. Mudrid is an excellent ally for a supportive Temtem and one of the most striking designs in the game – a delightful bonus!

3. Valash

Overall Stat: 477

  • Valash can be found in the Mines of Mictlan, Tucma.

Valash is a solitary Temtem featuring both the neutral and crystal subtypes. Its appearance is reminiscent of a bipedal canid or badger, with a black-and-white coat and distinctive red crystal bracelets adorning its paws.

Valash boasts impressive Speed, Attack, and Special Attack stats, making it ideal for aggressive gameplay. Notably, Valash’s scavenger trait allows it to recover a certain percentage of its health whenever an ally or opponent is defeated in battle. Valash is somewhat uncommon and can be found wandering the Mines of Mictlan in Tucma.

2. Tuvine

Overall Stat: 482

  • Tuvine cannot be found and tamed in the wilderness.
  • Instead, players can find and tame a Tuwai, and then evolve it into Tuvine at the Crystal Shrine.
  • Tuwai can be found in the following locations:
    • Chieftain’s Barrow, Arbury
    • Sons of Crystal, Tucma
    • Dabmis’ Rest, Deniz
    • Aisha’s Heart, Kisiwa
    • Digital Kami Shrine, Cipanku
    • Altar of the Inner Flame, Omninesia

As a passionate moviegoer might say: “Tuvine is an impressive evolution of the character Tuwai, boasting an incredibly robust Defense rating of 111, making it one of the tankiest Temtem in the game. This tough guy also packs a decent punch with its Attack score, although other stats are fairly average.

In terms of character traits, Tuvine possesses two key abilities: Receptive and Determined. These qualities aren’t unique to him, but they do have distinct functions. The Receptive trait extends the duration of some status effects on an opponent by one turn. On the other hand, the Determined trait acts as a shield, preventing Tuvine from suffering any negative changes to his stats.

1. Zenoreth

Overall Stat: 496

  • Zenoreth can be found in Sons of Crystal, Tucma. But it can only be tamed using a TemCardX.
  • Otherwise, players can find and tame an Azuroc in Mines of Mictlan, Tucma, and then Trade or Minimonolith it into a Zenoreth.
  • Azuroc itself can also be obtained by catching Lapinite from Mines of Mictlan or Garden of Aztlan in Tucma and evolving it.

From a statistical perspective, Zenoreth is the most powerful Crystal Temtem in the game, boasting impressive Attack (ATK) and Defense (DEF) ratings of 83 and 91 respectively. It’s essential to note that Zenoreth is typically obtained through evolution rather than taming, but it’s definitely a valuable addition for any TemCardX collection.

Zenoreth is equipped with unique abilities: Channeler and Wrecked Farewell. Only Zenoreth can use these skills. Channeler boosts Zenoreth’s damage by 25% whenever it uses Special Techniques. On the other hand, Wrecked Farewell decreases each opponent’s STA, ATK, and SPATK by 10%, 2 points, and 2 points respectively when they defeat Zenoreth.
