Since the mountain’s exits are overgrown with poisonous wisteria flowers, these demons cannot escape, doomed to live out their days either hunting or being hunted by Demon Slayers. The captured demons are relatively weak and haven’t claimed many human lives, making them ideal for training purposes for the Demon Slayers.
