Summary
- Only 15 characters in One Piece are confirmed members of the D. Clan, set to change the world.
- Speculation arises that rebellious kingdoms like the Kozuki Clan may conceal more D. Clan members.
- Fans believe the D. Clan consists of ancient races wiped from history during the Void Century.
In the world of “One Piece”, though the narrative underscores that discovering a family transcends biological ties, bloodlines remain significantly crucial. For numerous characters within this series, their aspirations and talents are inextricably connected to their families’ past. Among these characters, the ones who carry the spirit of D stand out as one of the most significant factions, particularly due to their lineage and the inherited will they possess.
In the world of One Piece, a significant majority of characters are not part of this particular clan, as only a tiny fraction – approximately 15 characters – have been suggested to belong to the D. clan. Out of these, only a handful have ever held the title within the series. Yet, there’s speculation that many more members of the D. clan could be hidden and undiscovered in the storyline.
The D. Clan Are Enemies Of The World Government In One Piece
These Are The Enemies Of God And The World Nobles
As a die-hard fan of “One Piece,” I can’t help but feel a thrill when discussing the enigmatic Clan D.! This intriguing faction shares an ‘D’ middle initial in their names and is infamously known as the sworn adversaries of the divine, often referred to as the “Natural Enemy of God.” The prophecy suggests that this group will significantly alter the political map of the world of “One Piece,” potentially dethroning the World Government, stripping the World Nobles of their power. The World Government has been cautious in its attempts to conceal many members of this clan, aiming to erase their very existence from the public eye.

To date, I’ve noticed that only 15 characters have been confirmed as members of the illustrious D clan in the world of One Piece. Among them, I recognize Gol D. Roger, his wife Portgas D. Rouge, and their son, Portgas D. Ace. The Monkey family is also part of this distinguished group, with its notable figures such as Monkey D. Luffy, Dragon, and Garp.
The Nefartiti clan has its representatives too, including Lili, Cobra, and Vivi. Furthermore, Marshall D. Teach, Jaguar D. Saul, Trafalgar Law (Water D. Law), Clou D. Clover, his unnamed brother, and Rocks D. Xebec are all known members of the D clan as well.
The Rebellious Kingdoms May Be Full Of D. Clan Members
The Kozuki Clan Fits This Idea As Well
- There May Be Hundreds Of D. Clan Members Hidden In Rebellious Kingdoms
- The Kozuki Clan May Be Hiding Their Full Name
It’s worth noting that just as some people believe the World Government is trying to erase Gol D. Rogers’ D. Clan from history by labeling him Gold Roger, many fans suspect that secret members of the D. Clan might be concealed within the world of One Piece. To elaborate, a number of fans hypothesize that the D. Clan could encompass every individual in rebellious kingdoms against the World Government. For instance, the leaders of places like Alabasta in One Piece are part of the D. Clan; however, it’s also possible that the entire kingdom conceals a greater number of D. Clan members among its ordinary citizens.
It’s also speculated that the Kozuki Clan might be connected to the Will of D. and be part of the D. family. Characters like Momonosuke and Oden, who possess unique abilities such as the “Voice of All Things,” have striking similarities with current members of the D. Clan. They exhibit a rebellious nature and personality, though their impact on the World Government of One Piece has been minimal so far.
The D. Clan May Be Full Of Previously Unknown Races
Each Member May Be An Old Void Century Race
In summary, certain devotees postulate that the D. Clan encompasses diverse ethnicities erased from history during the Void Century in One Piece. Few survivors bear the D. title as a tribute to their past. It’s plausible that numerous descendants of the D. Clan still exist, unaware of their lineage due to the passage of generations since the Void Century.
Once upon a time, my adversary was known by the symbol D. But lately, it’s been popping up all over the place. Yet, to me and perhaps a few others, it’s just an echo from the past. Those who bear this name today are unaware of its true significance.
Eventually, although the series hints at numerous secret members within the D. Clan in “One Piece,” it’s challenging to pinpoint exactly how many characters could potentially belong. If some of these theories turn out to be correct, there might be more members than fans had initially expected. By the time we reach the end of “One Piece,” it would be exciting if more D. Clan members are unveiled, as their current character count is quite limited.
