WWE 2K25: Which Edition Should YOU Buy?

2K Interactive has at last unveiled WWE 2K25, and it’s looking like one of the franchise’s grandest, most daring installments yet. Featuring a roster of approximately 300 wrestlers, innovative match formats such as Bloodline Rules and the Underground Match, and a brand-new feature called The Island, WWE 2K25 aims to rule the ring when it drops in March.

In keeping with tradition for the WWE 2K series, there will be three distinct versions of WWE 2K25 upon release. These options include the Standard Edition showcasing Roman Reigns on its cover, a Deadman Edition themed around Undertaker, and The Bloodline Edition centered on Roman Reigns’ faction, Solo’s Bloodline stable. In the main game mode, 2K Showcase: The Bloodline’s Dynasty, players will delve into the historic Anoa’i wrestling family, exploring some of its renowned members like Roman Reigns, The Rock, and Yokozuna.

WWE 2K25’s Different Editions

WWE 2K25 Standard Edition

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m excited to share that I’ll be diving into the world of WWE 2K25 come March 14! This Standard Edition is priced at $69.99 and can be played on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The game boasts none other than the Original Tribal Chief Roman Reigns as its cover star. If you pre-order, you’ll score the Wyatt Sicks Pack, a cool bonus filled with five additional playable Superstars to add a little more action to your matches!

Owners of PS5, Xbox Series X|S can expect additional rewards in WWE 2K25’s new game mode – they’ll get Uncle Howdy and Nikki Cross mask cosmetic items for their characters! Pre-ordering any digital version of the upcoming game will also grant you a free copy of the cross-gen base game, WWE 2K24.

WWE 2K25 Deadman Edition

The “Undertaker Special Edition” will retail for $99.99 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. This version showcases WWE legend The Undertaker on its cover. It comes with the standard edition, the Wyatt Sicks Pack, and an additional “Undertaker Special Edition Extra Pack.” The latter contains:

  • Mattel Elite ”Greatest Hits” Undertaker and ”Original Undertaker (‘90)” Persona Cards and playable Superstars
  • A useable Urn object
  • An Undertaker ‘95 Mask cosmetic item for The Island on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only
  • Brother Love Manager

In addition, this edition comes with the Season Pass for WWE 2K25, which provides players with all five downloadable content character packs and a total of 15,000 Virtual Currency. Furthermore, the Deadman Edition grants early access privileges to its users. This special edition will be accessible starting March 7, 2025, a full week before the Standard Edition hits the shelves.

WWE 2K25 Bloodline Edition

Ultimately, the “Bloodline Version” will retail for $129.99, and it’s compatible with PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. This special edition showcases Roman Reigns and the Bloodline faction on its cover. Additionally, it includes all the bonus content from the Deadman Edition, plus extra features exclusive to the Bloodline Edition.

  • The Ringside Pass (Season Pass plus Superstar Mega-Boost),
  • The Rock Nation of Domination Pack, which features a Rock Nation of Domination Persona card and playable Superstar
  • The Bloodline Edition Bonus Pack features Mattel Elite Series 114 Jey Uso and Mattel Elite “Greatest Hits” Roman Reigns Persona cards and playable Superstars.
  • For Xbox Series X|S and PS5 owners only, this pack includes various Bloodline cosmetic items that can be used in The Island mode. These include a Family Above All Hoodie, OTC Shirt, Yeet tank Top, and Yeet Sunglasses. Steam players will also get an additional 32,500 VC.

The Bloodline Edition comes with the WrestleMania 41 Pack, offering the WrestleMania 41 Arena, two Main Event Superstar Personas from WrestleMania 41, playable characters, and a brand new Superstar Persona Card. This will be released in Summer 2025. Similar to the Deadman Edition, the Bloodline Edition provides early access, seven days before the Standard Edition does.

The video game WWE 2K25 is set to release on March 14 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Those who opt for the Deadman or Bloodline Editions can start playing as early as March 7.
