Sony is enhancing gameplay advantages for PC adaptations of titles such as Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, God of War Ragnarok, and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered for users with a PlayStation Network account. Over the last few years, Sony has been aggressively moving to make some of its top PlayStation exclusives accessible to a broader PC audience, and this trend intensified in 2024. Although the initial version of Horizon Zero Dawn was converted to Windows in 2020, the revamped Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered appeared on both PS5 and PC platforms as recently as October. The trend of bringing PlayStation games to PC will persist until 2025, as Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (initially launched on PS5 in October 2023) is set to debut on PC on January 30.
