How to Redirect the Gas in Storage Tanks in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4

To get started, you should gain entry into the control room first. You’ll need a keycard for that, and luckily, you’ll find it on top of the damaged staircase within the room itself.

Move the jump pad near the steps, then utilize the Purple Hand to leap onto the stairs. Enter the chamber, turn your gaze to the left to spot the keycard on a table. Lift the keycard and make your way towards the control room. Once there, insert the keycard into the device and activate gas flow by communicating with the terminal inside.

Redirecting the Gas

Step outside now and locate the first pipe close to the stairs. Once there, find the red handle and give it a tug to initiate the gas flow into other pipes. This is one way to effectively reroute the gas in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4.

  1. Pull the first yellow lever to switch the gas’ direction from the A tank to the B tank.
  2. Observe the flow of the gas and turn the last lever to the left side of the C tank (see image above), to redirect the gas.
  3. Now you’ll need to divert the gas back into the A Tank by turning the valves shown in the images above.
  4. Once all three tanks are filled with gas, turn the last lever on the pipes to divert the gas into the storage tank.

Repairing the Door

If this event occurs, alarms will sound, prompting you to leave the zone via the control room. Unfortunately, the control room’s entrance is acting up, and frightening creatures are amassing outside, preparing to assault you.

To fix the door, retrieve the cogwheel stored within the locker first, then venture out from the control room towards its left side. Once outside, locate the handle that can activate your Grabpack, which is positioned above you. Continuously pull yourself upward until you have a bird’s eye view of the door mechanism on top of the control room.

First, slot the gear wheel into the door apparatus to fix it. Then, swiftly descend from the handle, escape via the control room, and proceed into the next section of “Poppy Playtime Chapter 4”.
