In the world of Valheim, although the Deep North biome didn’t exist among the original six main biomes when the game was first launched, it has been part of the game since its inception. In May 2024, Valheim experienced a major content upgrade known as the “Ashlands Update.” This expansion brought about over 30 new weapons, three armor sets, multiple crafting materials and buildable items, area-specific music, and fresh events.
