I thought I would want to write some films or do other projects before returning to Dune: Messiah,” he added. “However, the visuals that persisted in my mind, my interest remains strong. I still yearn to return to Arrakis.” However, he mentioned that a third movie would be his final contribution because further exploration might become detrimental to his health.
