The latest Feybreak update for Palworld introduces a brand-new tower boss that you can engage once you arrive at the newly accessible island.
Before we can start the boss battle, there are several requirements you’ll have to meet first, but don’t fret – you’ll manage to finish them quickly.
This guide walks you through how to prepare for the fight, and how to defeat this cool new enemy.
Preparing For The Fight
In simpler terms, following the latest update, certain battles can only be started once you’ve gathered the Bounty tokens. Essentially, these are rewards you receive after successfully conquering the new Alpha Pals that were unveiled in the Feybreak update.
You’ll find that the Bounty Tokens required for the latest tower boss are quite accessible, making it unlikely that you’ll encounter significant difficulties in obtaining them.
I have provided the items required to start the upcoming boss battle at the Feybreak Tower, and you can soar to the designated spots to vanquish these bosses.
In this version, I’ve used the word “provided” instead of “listed,” “soar” instead of “fly,” and “vanquish” instead of “defeat.” These choices aim to make the text more natural and easier to read while still conveying the same meaning as your original text.
Bounty Token | Amount | Approximate Coordinates |
---|---|---|
Dazzi Noct | 1 | -1342,-1578 |
Caprity Noct | 1 | -1163,-1652 |
Omascul | 1 | -1185,-1492 |

In our upcoming encounter with the boss, you won’t require the latest Hexolite equipment for combat. Nevertheless, building up some resistance against cold is crucial. To effectively absorb Bastigor’s Ice Damage, I recommend wearing a strong cold-resistant armor and a robust shield.
1. In battle, the boss typically has approximately half a million Hit Points (HP), making him quite durable, or “tanky.”
2. When it comes to supplies for food, consider packing revival potions, healing items, and dishes that boost attack power to strengthen your Pals’ offensive capabilities.
Tower Location
Upon arriving at Feybreak Island for the initial time, I assumed I could quickly locate the Tower boss. However, I soon realized my mistake.

You’ll encounter the boss at the Tower, which is situated south of the Frozen Coral Hill and can be spotted from a distance. After arriving there, engage in battle with your Pal team.
Fighting The Boss
It might not be a good idea to begin the challenging level at the Tower as you could find it difficult to predict the boss’s moves. Your experience is valuable, and depending on your game settings, you might require additional preparation to defeat the boss effectively.

In the Dungeon, it’s quite manageable since you can hide behind pillars for safety. The attacks aren’t as damaging as initially thought, and you can easily evade them.
It’s a good idea to consider adding either Gobfins or Fire Pals to your squad to balance things out against the boss. Using Gobfins allows you to concentrate more on inflicting personal damage. On the other hand, Fire Pals will prove useful against Bastigor, as it’s an Ice Pal type.
Keep an eye on Bastigor’s assaults, for they follow your actions. Make sure to initiate movement prior to his attacks landing. This way, dodging them should prove simple.

Incorporate Ragnahawk and Gobfins into your team for an offensive strategy that inflicts fire damage on enemies, all while evading incoming attacks during flight.
Using Gobfins to boost your character’s damage is an option, but there are other alternatives as well. For instance, Jormuntide Flames, Ragnahawk, and Incineram could join forces with you in combat against Bastigor too.
Rewards
After completing the standard battle, you receive a total of 5 Ancient Technology Points as your initial clearance reward.

It turns out that there won’t be any Bastigor eggs awarded as a prize, contrary to my initial assumption. However, to have a Bastigor at your base, you need to set up a Breeding Farm with both Frostallion and Anubis, and then collect a Large Frozen Egg from it instead.
Should you prefer a challenge by opting for the difficult setting, you’ll earn an exclusive Bjorn Hat (headgear) as a reward, which your character can don.
