Original Edition Includes Short Story by Original Author
In a thrilling turn of events, I was utterly captivated by the release of “Spice of the First Star,” penned by the remarkable Hajime Tanaka, in the bustling heart of Japan, come November 2023! The narrative unfolds as Ai Hoshino communicates her decision to part ways with her agency, having made this choice soon after joining B-Komachi. However, the hidden stresses and disputes offstage prove overwhelming, making it unbearable for her to continue shouldering the strain.
Originally offered as a special reward for viewers who attended the pre-screening events of the initial episode of the anime in Japan, “Viewpoint B” focuses on an unnamed character from B-Komachi. The Japanese version of the audiobook can be found on the series’ official website, with Rie Takahashi – the voice actress of Ai in Japan – providing narration.
Another work titled “Futari no Etude” was published in Japan during December. It’s been announced that a third novel will follow, which is expected to further develop the ending of the manga.
