In an exciting development, the upcoming online mech combat game by Amazing Seasun Games, known as Mecha Break, has unveiled a fresh gameplay mode and plans for a new open beta session where players can test it.
In the fresh gaming experience called Mashmak, players engage in a thrilling mix of Player vs Player vs Environment (PvPvE) battles, taking place on the Maskmak Isles. This dynamic mode involves intense struggles for control of the island, complete with strategic equipment drops including weapons and gliders for extraction purposes.
As a thrilled enthusiast, I’m excited to share that starting February 23 and running until March 16, an expanded Mecha Break open beta will be available on PC and Xbox Series X|S! During this period, players like myself get the unique opportunity to test out not just the fresh Mashmak mode but also delve into the intense 3v3 and 6v6 modes that Mech Break has to offer. Get ready for some high-octane action!
It allows for cross-platform play between PC and Xbox Series consoles, featuring all the gameplay elements that will be accessible at the time of release.
The developers have shared that players will initially encounter the tutorial, introduction, character and mech personalization, an expansive space station to explore, as well as all main game modes. This includes a training room and thirteen unique Strikers or mechs. Other features added in this beta version include refined maps for both 6v6 Operation VERGE and 3v3 Ace Arena, a player reputation system, balance tweaks for several Strikers, combat finishing moves, and new customization choices for pilots and mechs.
Mecha Break, set for release this coming spring, will debut on both PC and Xbox Series X|S. Additional platforms are expected to follow in 2025.
