On February 15th, Xbox Game Pass will be saying goodbye to Xbox Game Pass (a bit to the left) and six other games. This upcoming group of games leaving Xbox Game Pass includes several highly-rated titles, along with some compact, enjoyable experiences.
Since the beginning of 2025, Microsoft’s subscription service has taken out a total of 12 games from its collection. The latest removal occurred on January 31, when Xbox Game Pass said goodbye to “Darkest Dungeon” and an additional five titles.
On February 15th, an additional seven games will become available. The mid-February 2025 lineup for Xbox Game Pass departures includes “A Little to the Left”, “Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night”, and “EA Sports UFC 3”, as well as “Indivisible”, “Merge and Blade”, and “Return to Grace”. In terms of critical praise, “Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night” earned an OpenCritic average score of 83, making it one of the highly-regarded games from the current wave of releases. This well-liked metroidvania has been accessible to Xbox Game Pass subscribers since February 2024, ensuring a full year on the service. Similarly, “A Little to the Left,” “Indivisible,” and “Tales of Arise” are also part of this extended stay on the platform. Previously, Xbox Game Pass members had been enjoying “Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night” from September 2019 to March 2021, suggesting a potential reappearance of the game on the service at some point in the future.
Among the seven games set to end soon, “Return to Grace” is the one most likely to be completed from beginning to end within a single day, given that it typically takes players between 2 to 5 hours to finish according to How Long To Beat’s data. On the other hand, while “A Little to the Left”, a charming puzzle game, is relatively short, collecting all its trophies in a single day can be quite challenging.
Xbox Game Pass February 2025 Removals Are Currently Outpacing New Releases
Since February 2025, Xbox Game Pass has added three new games, with one more, Obsidian’s “Avowed”, set to arrive on the 18th. However, there are seven games scheduled to leave this month as well, which means that Microsoft’s subscription service might be losing more games than it is adding in February. This wasn’t the case in January, but it has been a recurring trend since August 2024, with monthly removals from Xbox Game Pass outnumbering new releases.
